Ekdum band kya? Not even in moderate portion?

no one has band karoed...can have but i decided not to...coke band kiya...abhi coke ke bina 😆😆 n i always had in moderate proportion so not having any prblm...bas cofee ka pyaas hai 😆😆

lets see kab tak...she did say for one month phir normal coffee i can have not like an addict

Haan, 2 cups of coffee a day is not bad. How many a day did you have before?

Agree, it's better to take precautionary measures when there is still time, no use of doing all that when it's too late😊
