The only reason is his ego. He can't take it that others did better than him and might keep doing in future. He didn't want to be in this low situation again. Ego and haughtiness was clear on his face. He was behaving as if he is some superstar and beyond these petty stunts.

You hit the nail on the head. Sree is very unsporting and showed bad sportsmanship. It's always been there, but if anyone wants an example, just look at his face when Aditya and Bharti finished the laser stunt. Everyone was clapping and cheering them on and he was sitting there with a scowl on his face. He couldn't even bring himself to put a fake smile on his face and clap.
