1. Rudra, Kesar and Pam talk to the financers. However, despite their attempts, the financers are keen on withdrawing from the project. Kesar asks them whether they would still finance the project if the stay order were lifted from the land. The financers tell them that they would give them four days to have the stay order removed from the land otherwise they would not finance the project. Anand overhears their conversation and informs Abhi.
2. Abhi meets Mr. Jafar at his office and tells him something.
3. Jafar returns the money to Harman and tells him that he is lifting the stay order from the land, as he couldn't say no to the person who asked him to do this. Harman asks him whether he is referring to Abhi. Jafar says yes. After Jafar leaves, Harman burns the bag of money in anger.
4. Anand tells everyone that he has sent the cook away and he would prepare meals for them from now on. After they leave, he calls up a hotel and orders some food. Kesar joins him and tells him that he is doing a good job. She tells him that she is going to the 'mandir' and while she is away, he should be extra-cautious. After she leaves, Anand calls up Abhi and asks him to go to the 'mandir'.
5. Anand brings Soumya's lunch to her room. He also tells her that Kesar has gone to meet Abhi at the 'mandir'. Soumya is about to tell Pam when Anand asks her as to why does she easily believe in what people say. He tells her to make sure that Kesar is indeed with Abhi before telling anyone. Soumya tells him that she will catch Kesar red-handed.
6. At the 'mandir', Kesar asks God to make everything all right with Rudra's new project. When she turns around, she sees Abhi. He tells her that her prayer would definitely be answered. He gives her the papers of the land and tells her that Jafar has lifted the stay order. Kesar is happy upon hearing this and thanks him. Soumya sees the two of them together and informs Pam. Kesar tells Abhi that he always helps her out in her difficult times. Abhi tells her that she still owes him a Friendship Day gift. He asks her not to break her relationship with Amma no matter what happens between them, as Amma got well because of her. Kesar promises this to him.
7. When Kesar returns home, Pam asks her as to where had she gone. Kesar tells her that she went to the 'mandir'. Soumya tells her that she also met someone. Rudra asks her whether she met Abhi. Vikram tells Dadaji that Kesar went against their rules once again. Kesar tells them that she met Abhi at the 'mandir' by coincidence. She tells them that Abhi asked Jafar to lift the stay order and shows them the paper. She also tells them that they can never break hers and Abhi's relationship, as it is based on truth and trust. Pam apologizes to her. Dadi tells Soumya to think twice before accusing anyone.
8. In the room, Rudra tells Kesar that he never tried to break hers and Abhi's friendship but she is too innocent for believing in Abhi. He tells her that Abhi first told Jafar to put a stay order on their land and has now asked him to lift the stay order just to make himself look innocent. He also mentions about what Abhi did to Natasha. Kesar tells him that it would be better for them not to talk about it, as their views on that matter are completely different. Rudra tells her that she still owes him something in return for the tender contract. She remembers telling him that she would give him what he asks for if they don't win the tender. He asks her not to keep any relation with Abhi or his family. Kesar remains silent.
