The Holi celebrations are going on and Rudra watches all these from his room. Pam, Vikram, Natasha, and Soumya reach there. Pam applies some 'gulal' on Dadaji and Dadi and then she, Vikram, and Soumya go to meet Kesar. Kesar points towards Rudra. Pam and Rudra look at each other with tears in their eyes. Just then, Shalini and Ryan arrive with the police. On seeing them, Kesar rushes inside the house. Shalini tells everyone that she has come with the police to catch her husband's murderer. She sees Pam and tells her that it's a surprise to see her at her ex-daughter-in-law's house, as she thought that she wouldn't be celebrating Holi since her husband, Mannu, is dead. Pam tells her to mind her tongue. Shalini instructs the police to search the house but Abhi stops them. Ryan tells the police that Rudra must indeed be hiding in their house that's why they are not letting them search the place.
2. Kesar goes in the house. She sees a plate of red 'gulal' on the table and takes it with her to Rudra's room. She tells him that the police is outside. She completely covers his face with the 'gulal' and makes him sit on the bed. She, then, hugs him.
3. The police enter the house with Abhi and his mom behind them and start searching the place. Abhi moves away from the police and goes to check on Rudra in his room. He is surprised to see Kesar hugging Rudra. Just then, the police arrive there but they don't see Abhi. They see Kesar hugging someone but couldn't see the face, as Rudra's back is facing them. Kesar acts as if she's surprised to see the police and ask them as to how did they enter the room without knocking. Abhi's mom sees Kesar in Rudra's arms and feels bad. The police asks Kesar about the person with her and she tells them that he is her husband. They apologize and move away from there. Kesar sees Abhi and moves away Rudra. Abhi tells her that he came there to hide Rudra behind the window. Rudra tells Kesar that he would've hid where Abhi would've asked him to and she wouldn't have to do what she did. Kesar tells them that she did what she thought of at that moment and the most important thing right now is to save him from the police. Abhi agrees with Kesar. Rudra apologizes to Abhi. Abhi tells him that he doesn't have to say sorry, as it is his, Kesar's, and his mom's duty to protect him from the police.
4. The police tell Shalini that her information was completely wrong and that she shouldn't have wasted their time. He apologizes to everyone else and leaves from there. Pam tells Shalini that she wouldn't forget what she did today and tells her that Rudra would be granted bail before she catches him. She also tells her that she would get back on her. Abhi's mom asks them to leave.
5. Rudra washes off the 'gulal' from his face. Abhi's mom tells him that the police and guests have gone and he could come down to meet his mom. Rudra feels bad about what he and Kesar did and is not able to look at Abhi's mom in the eye. Kesar, too, feels bad.
6. Rudra comes to the lawn, where everyone is waiting for him. He goes directly to Pam and hugs her, and both of them start crying. Pam tells him that she made many mistakes in life but not too much that God would take away her son from her after he took away her husband. She tells him that she is so happy to see him back on his feet. She tells Dadaji that she was never insane, as Rudra is right in front of them. Rudra tells her that he had suffered a lot to meet all of them but he is so unlucky, as he wasn't around to perform his dad's last rites and be with her to wipe away her tears. Pam tells him to come back home with her but Vikram tells her that they can't bring him home until he has been granted bail. He also tells her that since the police have already searched Abhi's house, they wouldn't return to this place, so it is safer to keep Rudra there. Abhi's mom tells Pam not to worry, as they will take care of Rudra.
7. At night, Abhi comes to his mom's room and finds her lost in thoughts. He sits next to her and both of them are thinking about Rudra and Kesar. They start talking at the same time and Abhi's mom tells him that they are probably thinking about the same thing. She tells Abhi that she had once told him to marry Kesar and now that Rudra has returned, Kesar's feelings for him have also returned. She tells him that she thinks that they should free Kesar from this marriage. Abhi is shocked. (End).
