1. Kesar jumps off the cliff and falls in the lake. Just then, Rudra (who's in Michigan) gets up and shouts out Kesar's name. (Back in India) Abhi jumps in the lake to save Kesar. He manages to take her out and tries to bring her back to consciousness. Meanwhile, Rudra tells himself that he feels as if Kesar is in a big trouble. He tells himself that he is going back to Kesar soon. Kesar regains consciousness and asks Abhi as to why did he save her. He tells her that she is being selfish by trying to kill herself. Kesar tells him that she doesn't have the strength to see her child die. She tells him that her child is the only remembrance she has of Rudra. Abhi tells her that she is taking away her life for someone who hasn't even come to the world. He tells her that she didn't even think about the people who love her most. He asks her whether she would be able to see her disabled child in pain. He tells her that it's better that she aborts the child than to bear the pain of seeing him/her in pain. Kesar tells him that at least she would be able to see Rudra's last sign, after all it is her child and she couldn't take away his/her life. Abhi keeps quiet. Kesar tells Abhi that she wants to die. She tries to commit suicide again but Abhi stops her. She tries to let go but Abhi slaps her. Kesar tells him that she doesn't want to live anymore but Abhi tells her that she has to live to give others happiness. He asks her to give him a few months of her life. Kesar asks him as to what does he mean. He asks her whether she would marry him. Kesar is stunned. Just then, her stomach starts paining and she faints. Abhi takes her to the hospital.
2. Shalini goes to meet Rudra. He tells her that he doesn't know why but he feels as if his mom and Kesar are missing him a lot. She tells him that they are indeed missing him a lot. She tells him that Kesar sent 'halwa' for him and his mom sent him an email through her email id. She gives him the print out of the email. Rudra reads it and is happy. Shalini has this mean smile on her face. She, then, tells him to eat the food she prepared but he tells her that he wants to eat the halwa Kesar sent. Shalini is upset but doesn't show her anger to him. He, then, asks her whether she spoke to the lawyer. She tells him that she did and the only solution would be for him to change his identity. She tells him that he will be known as Rahul Malhotra from now on. Rudra is not pleased. Shalini, then, tells him that she was going through some files in Dr. Walia's laptop and found out that he still needs to have about 10 injections as a post-operation treatment. She, then, injects the medicine on him. Rudra goes to sleep after that. Shalini smiles and tells herself that Rudra will be asleep for hours.
3. The doctor informs Abhi that Kesar got hurt badly in her abdomen and as a result the fetus inside is dead so they will have to conduct an operation to remove it. Abhi gives his consent to the doctor.
4. Dadaji, Nitika, and Natasha call a doctor home to check on Pam. The doctor informs them that some people are not ready to believe that a person is dead until they see the person's dead body. He tells to just agree with whatever Pam says or does otherwise if they force anything on her, her mental condition might get unstable. He tells them that Pam would slowly get out of this condition.
5. After the operation, Abhi sits next to Kesar. When Kesar wakes up, she asks him as to why is he crying when he was the one who told her not to give birth to an abnormal child. She tells him that she is ready to marry him, as she can't refuse him for he saved her and has become her God. She tells him that her soul will never be his and that she has become a living-dead ('zinda lash'). Abhi tells her not to say that.
6. Rudra wakes up and feels weak. Just then, Shalini returns. Shalini tells him that as a result of the injection, he would be feeling a bit drowsy. She tells him that she had gone to meet the lawyer and found a way to get him out of USA. She tells him that he has to marry an American green card holder. Rudra is stunned. She tells him that his identity will be changed through this and he would return to India without any hassle. She, then, asks him whether he would marry her. Rudra is stunned. She tells him that it would be a contract marriage and they could break their marriage whenever they want to. Rudra asks her whether she is in her senses. He tells her that he could never even think of doing such a thing. Shalini tells him that she is doing this so that he could return home as soon as possible. Rudra asks her whether there is another solution. She tells him that there isn't any, so far. She asks him whether he doubts her. Rudra says that he can't think of doubting her, after all she doing everything to help him. She tells him not to worry as she wouldn't claim anything from his property and that she would divorce him as soon as they reach India. Rudra tells her that he trust her. Shalini asks him whether he agrees to the contract marriage but he doesn't answer her. Shalini tells him that she would take his silence as a 'yes'. She tells him that he wouldn't betray Kesar in any way by doing this.

He takes Kesar to the room where his mom is. They both look at her from outside. Abhi tells Kesar that his mom has a heart problem and would only be able to live for 6 months. Kesar is stunned. Abhi tells her that he wants to give his mom a lot of happiness in the last few months of her life. He tells her that his mom always wanted him to get married. Abhi tells her that he can't do anything about his mom's condition but he could at least try to fulfill her wishes. Abhi's mom overhears their conversation. Kesar gets up from there and is in tears.
