Guess who lives in Nikkhil Arya's neighbourhood.... Swetta Keswani. Of course, there is nothing surprising about that, as many stars live in the same vicinity. But, in Nikkhil's case, this is a coincidence of sort, as they both were neighbours in their older building too. Nikkhil has just recently bought the apartment, which he shifted to, and imagine his surprise when he saw Sweta there too. Of course, it is just a coincidence that they both happened to zero down on the same building.
