Please don't axe Kehta Hai Dil... Jee Le Zara show, give it another chance please !!! :)

The Kehta Hai Dil... Jee Le Zara TV show in danger in cancellation. We are doing to save our current favorite show and soon!

Why is our favorite show being cancelled? It is well written, well acted and maybe even a few notches more mature than half the drivel you see otherwise. Why do the Kehta Hai Dil... Jee Le Zara refreshing shows flounder and the same old same old keep going strong? Basically, it all comes down to money.

It isn't about making quality shows, or new innovation, it is about how much money can the company make.

It is all about the ratings. The higher your ratings are, the more you can charge for commercial time slots. Not only do your ratings have to be high, they need to be strong in the favorable demographics. How much revenue is generate by each show?

If it gets the axe on one network, the other network can still pick it up. Now it would be up to Sony TV to properly advertise the show and not shuffle it through time slots like a square dance.

Here is what i have done ( i do not like twitter or facebook and so do not use it). i have written letters, yes formal letters, and sent it to SONY, Himalaya, ROSE Movies. I am on linkedin and can see a lot of the SONY folks such as the newbee Mr Nachiket ( who looks like the main culprit in the axing thought).. but they are connected to me at the 3rd level and hence cannot reach out to them. If there is any one who is connected to these so called "influential" folks on Linkedin, i think that is one way of reaching out. I am not sure how much will happen if we vent our feelings on this forum.. as it is, i can see interest has dwindled dramatically - looks like many folks have kind of given up.

I have also sent numerous feed backs on Sony TV and mentioned in my feed backs that there are many other negative shows they can consider to cancel. There are shows full of unrealistic drama, revenge and hatred which brings nothing to the society. Je Le Zaara is one very good show where things are positive, give a positive impact to the world and is realistic where it shows a shadow of real life where these things can happen like triumph of good over bad, awareness to the society of picking on petty things like age difference and also being strong and standing up for your self. I don't understand why would the ratings for this show be lower than the others. Probably the majority og the crowd has still not accepted the age difference concept. In the country I live in right now this is not even an issue.
I THINK THIS SHOW CAN IS WAY BETTER THAN THE CRAPPY MEI NA BHOLUNGI. This show has nothing benefiting any one.

Sorry if I vented a lot, but can't see JE LE ZAARA GOING OF AIR so soon

We all end up in FB or Twitter jus for the sake of our fav shows. I created FB account to vote for my fav couple on NB5 and joined Twitter to trend for Drashti when she was in JDJ. The rest is history.
