I agree that bhaang brought DV and Saachi closer. it helped them loose their inhibitions and bond better. I liked the way DV comforted saachi when she was worried about not knowing what she did under the influence of bhaang. The episode felt complete because DV didnt just use comforting words in the bedroom but also stood by saachi in front of the family. His words and actions matched.

Thats true. Btw you had a point about Saachi's clothes and minimal makeup. Sangeeta looks gorgeous with minimal makeup. Finally we have a heroine who wears night clothes in the bedroom instead of going to bed fully decked up. 😆

Bold - Oh yes!!! That's what appealed to me about JLZ. Realism. I also like the fact that she isnt decked up even in the goel mansion. Infact the stylist has done a great job on this show. All the characters including the goel women are subtle and classy.

More than the episode, i liked the way you described it! Fantastic!

I think what you said is absolutely true.. if we are getting such good stuff, then it is certainly the beginning of the end.. Sad to see the show go, but then to have good memories is always better than not so good.

It is not at all easy being a daughter in law of a house, especially a joint family, where the only loved one is your husband and he inturn being the youngest in the family. With so much going against her, the way saachi hold fort is very realistic and so deftly enacted by SG. Similarly, being the youngest in the family and going against norms and marrying a girl older is no easy task...and worse standing up to the whole family for her is extremely challenging. This too is so realistically and wonderfully portrayed by RM...

I am also glad that you spoke about the awesome chemistry that they (SG and RM) showed yesterday. For me, for chemistry to show, one does not need to indulge in physics... The heat ignites when i see these two together.. they really live the older woman, younger man, in true love situation to the glove. What more can one ask.

I will always hold this show in high esteem for its story line, quality of actors, the characters, the dialogues, the title score and much more..

if SONY thinks that it is they that brought JLZ to life and it is they who can kill it, i think they are dead wrong. I think it is the PH, the writers, the directors, the stars, the script writers and above all the love and adoration a fanatic audience. I would say that making JLZ have high TRPS during wind down will be a good slap on the face of SONY... I hope we can all collectively make it happen

Nicely put! TBH I never thought when the promos of this show started airing that I'd be digging this couple. Most older woman-younger man couples onscreen have been disasters. But SG and RM really live their roles. 👏
