Hello friend. If you understand both languages, my guess is that you know a lot of vocabulary and grammar. So to start speaking, you may want to buy a basic grammar book as a reference and start by using little words here and there. When you are confident using words then move to simple sentences and so forth. With a little time and effort, you will be speaking English and Hindi. All the best.
