I have read short stories of Tagore...the best book till date...it was only his compilation...
I liked the depiction of Benagli literature in old movies too...and Tagore's description of Bengal itself created so many scenic imaginations...
I have also read dectictive short stories of Satyajit Ray another masterpiece.

Latest mein I like Chetan Bhagat.

yes very true, I read all the short stories of Tagore in my teenage
And coming to Satyajit Ray "Feluda", I think the most entertaining private detective, better than Holmes from My POV...
I read 3 mistakes, 5 point some one - by bhagat, I like his look on life... But his stories are masaledar and filmy ๐Ÿ˜Š

Big fan of Ayn Rand. Atlas shrugged and Fountainhead. Love her philosophical system she calls Objectivism. What characters and what strength in their convictions. I Amy not be fully into Objectivism, but I like strong people who are strong and believe in whatever they believe in and stand by it.

Like other authors too.. You made me think about all of them, I think books can help us develop our character all we have to do is to just pick some good qualities and make it part of our life..

Good post. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š Sounds intriguing! I agree with you, books are very influential indeed...

Thank you Preitya! That sounds so interesting ๐Ÿ˜Š I cannot wait to start reading all these amazing books! You are right, the 'honest narration' is so effective to entice you to a book...it makes it relatable.
