But yes, I think my gushfest mode dampened a bit due to the episodes and the fact that I have been watching those detailed BTS videos after the episodes, too. I bet I forgot to watch a few, thanks to all the recent drama and the story trying to regain a stronger footing after getting lost in the jungle.

The "It's Christmas! Merry Christmas!" segment cracks me up so much all the time. I can't sit through it without laughing because they're so hilarious with the confusion about the tree and hats - "You look like a...chef. A Christmas chef!" Oh, Ruslaan, ever the foodie! He was going to put that hat on the tree 🤣 - and random gushing over the ornaments - Sangita suddenly going, "This is CUTEEE!" a la the "Mowgliii ka show tha!" moment in the jungle 😆, then complaining about Ruslaan's decorating when he actually tries to help her out, LOL..."Bas snowman lagaaye jaa rahe ho! Snowman ek idhar lagaati hoon." These two should be hosts of something together! Bakbak Central and Comedy together! 😆 Whatever comes to mind, they just say it and then laugh about it...Never fails to cheer me up.

Word about the New Years segment! We just keep finding new little things and continue aww-ing at the affection between them, haina? *Sangita-style* AWWW! *Ruslaan's DV-style* I like it! 😆

Thanks, Ekta! They make me smile so much...and I hadn't gotten a chance to talk about those BTS segments, so this was the place to ramble again! 😆

Definitely, their camaraderie and friendship is something very, very lovely, on many levels! Haha, I'm going to be facing a crisis now with all the BTS gifs I'm looking at! 😆 Cuteness overload! And I just changed my sig a little bit yesterday! *facepalm*

😆 😆 Just watched the Christmas BTS again... and God, these 2 just give me more n more reason to smile and laugh!! 🤣 🤣

Was talking about this avi... He called the 'Johny Lever' of the sets 🤣

this is so damn irritating...y do they always make the male protagonists the tragic hero all the time...where r those days wen only bahus and betiyaans used to gv us gangas and jamunas...

first mohan and now it seems DV...y cant girls trust the ones they love...

i am hoping this time saachi will show the trust he deserves...but nahi they hv already shot their fav scene which is ring ko wapas karne ka scene...

Hmmm I personally don't believe the plan was EVER to make DV grey or negative...as me and Manali have said like a ZILLION times by now...what is the title of this show, people? JEE LE ZARAA...the whole concept revolves around DV making her LIVE her life, making her OPEN up to the joys and love that she has closed herself off from all her life.

This is NOT some "love-hate" typical soap where such a twist would work or even be expected...it goes against the very FOUNDATION of this show...just cuz this twist has been shown in some other shows, people have started expecting it by default...it's beyond me why...

Aditi, aise toh I guess Mohan should have been grey too since they didn't show his father for the longest?🤔😆

You guys don't want to believe that they can show DV that clueless, that's fine...lol but I can very much believe it given the way the writing has gone in this show at MANY points...yes I do agree that they didn't FULLY plan this track through in the early stages...the FINER details I mean...THAT is why they kept it vague...cuz they weren't sure WHICH exact members of DV's family they'd probably want as antagonists...so they kept DV vague on that front and ultimately clueless...and only now are they filling in the finer details...so nothing very surprising there.

@ Anu: You're probably right, but they definitely kept things super vague as far as his affiliations regarding PE was concerned. They took a risk with the sangita-ruslaan pairing, and these writers obviously like to keep their options open.
I was always of the opinion that they'll show that he always knew about PE, but that he's fighting this case won't effect his family cos they're 'so cool'.

But all that hardly matters now.. the story IS moving forward, inconsistencies aside.

At the moment I'm amused by the already negative reaction on the forum to Saachi's impending reaction to DV's PE ownership. 😊

anu , well written,👏.as always...😊...
believing that we are friends..😊... i write the following...😃

i too find it perfectly ok to know that dv was not aware of PE... his wasn't much involved in his dad's dealings anway... also the case dv is fighting as a lawyer is with pradeep.. PE is supporting externally... so why is all this hoo laa laa about?.. defies my understanding...
i too have gone hoarse crying out that DV's character can never be negative... the whole purpose of JLZ will get defeated...
on a lighter note i think people add these topics just for the heck of it...😊 just like how i create Ulka posts... to improve the forum ranking...😆
what amazes me is that you fell prey to these posts an decided to comment about them... 😉 😆

@Freezinheat: I could have believed that he knew about PE if not for the many scenes they showed of the extent to which he went for Saachi...if they had shown all of that as an "act" being put on by him, it would have totally destroyed DV as a character and whatever they've shown of him so far...so I can take him being clueless or stupid rather than showing his very integrity as a character compromised as that would kill the show.

They never fleshed out the story/his back story enough for it to have been believable that he knew about PE...I knew it would be a surprise to him also whenever they showed it and they will build misunderstandings around that.

@Veena: Thanks :) Yes they did show DV not really ever being involved in the business end of his dad's line of work or the rest of his family so it is believable that he didn't know they owned PE...as a stretch...lol...but I'll buy it cuz itna leeway toh hota hi hai in daily shows.

I'm not talking about the many topics in this forum...I was only replying to the comments in this thread and theories that some of them had...speculation is bound to happen...but I was just giving my take on it...baaki back and forth will keep going.

@Anu: I do agree with you-and I too firmly believe that making DV negative or grey would beat the premise of the story-but dude these folks have been soo vague abt his background(guess they are vague abt every angle except DV-Saachi😆 )and now the way they are revealing DV's background, his lack of understanding of his family members, his own role in the family business-just made me wonder!😊 Besides, such a disconnected DV, whose so outa touch with reality as far as his family is concerned just isn't sitting well with me.

But all this hardly matters, now am hoping they redeem DV-and this track will give scope for DV to show his serious and strong personality(which his family and friends don't believe he does)😳

Sam, I think they kept it vague to keep their options open...but making DV negative was never one of those options...the options were only about HOW to build misunderstandings over this issue...and DV has had his moments of dumbness before this also...remember neither him or Saachi checked for the papers before going to Pune? So yeah instead of thinking he was faking all of that for an ulterior motive, the truth of the matter is that even Mr. "shrewd" lawyer goofs up time and again cuz his "lawyergiri" in this show has been very lightly written...their focus is only on relationship nuances...not the other portions of character backstory.

I guess we want to believe that DV is perfect...but it isn't like that...it may be a bit of a stretch but it IS possible for perceptions within a family to be skewed too until you see a different side revealed...the family has never seen a serious DV so they don't take him seriously while DV didn't bother taking interest in the family business...so here we are...ready with all the ingredients for drama and misunderstandings😆

*Edit: And yes, I'm also looking forward now to seeing how DV deals with this...it's his chance to show his serious and strong side.

@Anju jee: you make a lot of sense jee😊-ajab desi shows ke gajab tareeke to decide storyline😆 But yes Saachi- DV have goofed up in the past-the Pune incident being the dumbest of all!!

As for the misinformed perceptions of his family-I donno if am convinced its possible, so hoping this track will redeem DV(purely in my eyes)-coz at this point, am leaning towards siding with Saachi for her hard ass stand of not giving DV a chance initially to fight her case(all her reasons and OTT attitude seems justifiable!)

Totally anu! I don't buy this theory that cvs planned to show DV negative before...jee le Zara is an out n out love story, it has always been promoted that way...love-hate stories are promoted differently ...indian tv pe an out n out love story is a love story...lol there's no question of the hero or the heroine being grey/negative...DV has been shown to be quite careless when it came to his profession, and that's how they wanted it to be so that this current twist seems reasonable

JLZ ...the story would never make sense if DV was grey even for a bit so I'm sure the makers never thought that way!
