Hi Tina,
Since I am practicing spiritual living for the last 3 years, I thought why not share a few things with you. And since you intend to be a psychoanalyst, I think understanding and inculcating spiritualism with the scientific methods will be a very holistic approach.
Karma and Destiny are the two things which go hand in hand. As is your Karma so is your destiny. Firstly karma is an internal thing in spiritualism, the way you think is your karma. Every thought is an energy and we know the law of energy. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
Whatever you give out comes back to you in the form of destiny. Time is not important, when it is going to happen does not matter. But if you are giving out positive energy you are bound to get positive returns.
Nobody can escape karmic returns.
Myself been thru past life regression therapy to understand the challenges i was facing and so I now know many truths abt myself.
Coming to your point abt some nightmares, do not try to distract from those thoughts try to face them and see exactly what is it trying to tell you. Yes you can definitely change your destiny by changing your thoughts and at the same time whatever karma we have already done they are going to come back to us. So accept the present as it is and think good because that's going to create your future destiny.
