Great posts by you all...more from me..

When I started to watch him in JLZ it was because of the tweets which this show got which had become a news. I had watched the promo but had simply forgot about the show as watched TV rarely and that too never Sony. I watched the first episode and liked the concept and the treatment. First scene reminded me of Ye jawani hai deewani beginning where delivery man delivers marriage card with sweets. I started watching the show and Ruslaan. Initially i though he smiles too much and overacts...then after watching few more his scenes started leaving impression...still wasn't his fan...after many days of watching this show came to this forum to post my real life story being so similar to this show...gradually kept reading posts but did not respond...but more and more i read about him on the forum or saw his videos with his fans I grew fond of him...very gradually as he was leaving an impact on Saachi...he was leaving an impact on me too. Still never called myself his fan until few days back I saw a video how he respected the gifts from his fan girl and I was touched...I became his fan instantly.

i will deviate from the topic a bit first vinee

1stly i will comment abt DV a bit,being a guy i must say dat its grt dat even being 31 he luks lyk lyk a 25-26 old guy

dats for me is gud at tymes bt it cumes back badly 2 u at tymes

as ruslaan has a cute smile and his voice is lyk a child it was backfiring him in his ovies were he was palying 22,18 yr old character wereas he is 31

so he can easily romance deepika,sonam and all the big female stars

bt i am damn sure the directors due to his voice and younger luks didnt find him suitable

i did watch his movies ,he did a grt job as an actor

bt in all his movies he is mostly playing a 18-22 yr old characters

so sumwere his luks was not supporting him maybe for his voice 2

so i was eager to c how he will romance sangeeta comfortably onscreen who is 37

and he needed to lukgud ,not cheap

and not only in romantic scenes bt the scenes were maturity was required lyk--

adus accident scene,wen saachi shouted at him,sunil issue,marriage issue,saving saachi from a 42 old man etc etc den convincing saachi and forced her 2 say I LOVE U

dat was lyk he played lyk a 27-30 yr old man character

and at the same tyme he is acting quite childish

dats the beauty of acting

so now he has proved he can take any character under his skin and he is ready to face the bollywud camera to romance the 25-30 heroines

and beyond

and 2 more shades yet to c his grey and negative side😆😉

Liked it...say loved it...just loved your post...missed you in the forum for whole past week...feel a guys perspective is really necessary to evaluate such intricate topics what this story throws on us. Like always , your post is full of insights about him. You clearly evaluated what didn't work for him in films and that is what is exactly his uniqueness which we all are going gaga over.

I feel his movie will also be fun as this show is...naam bhi to kya hai...romeo idiot jatni Juliet.

yes bcoz u al are luking as a women,i will bring a diff perspective

dis film he will do grt

bt now he sud only sign movies were his character has all kind of shades

if i talk abt ram leela for instance dere we have seen ranveer portraying all shades

u may not agree wid me wen saachi returned him the ring and wen he was continuously standing outside her house-he lost his love i mean DV lost his love

his exxxpressionss were gud bt not grt for me

he missed sumwere,i dnt know were bt he missed sumwere

may be bcoz he is not used to this kind of intensity bcoz his light hearted roles didnt teach him dat much

u dnt need 2 create melodrama

wid tym he will do woders,for me he has grt poteltial will be a big name in movies shud take dis show as his acting lessons and he is blessed dat he is opp the grt actress sangeeta who is no less than bollywud grts

bt he is suprising me every day wid his acting skills

the new movie he is doing

i hope he plays differenet shades -bcoz he signed dis movie muc earlier i suppose

after this show he must do tough roles

for me DV s role is no cakewalk

he is childish,funny ,mischievous,smart,suave,problem tackling ability,maturity

not at sign in romancing

and may be we can see hus grey sides as well-who knows

I really can't remember my first reaction after seeing him in this show.Just that he was good looking.I was more interested in Sangeeta's acting. This was her comeback serial and I wanted to see her magic onscreen again,basically how she portrays this unusual love story.But as episodes passed by ,I thought Ruslaan needed improvement.But was sure, that this guy will do a good job as he was surrounded by some great actors as Sulbha deshpande, Sangeeta...and that time the show was being directed by Siddharth Sengupta, who is said to bring out the best from a actor.So there was no doubt that the guy will improve.And now Ruslan is excelling with each passing episode.He has got a very good sketched out character in his hand and he is doing full justice to it👏

I now look forward to see him more on screen rather than Sangeeta.He is a real charmer from whom u can't take your eyes off😃

So true...he has grown on us by and by...he took it as an acting workshop and it has paid him big time. I saw a tweet of his few weeks back that now sunshine is falling on him. He has also realised how wise his decision has been to take up TV. He quoted that he took it for Sangeeta as wanted to learn acting...this is his acting workshop and must say he is a bright pupil.

HEY!!U can call me Ishani.U know what, TV does give u a lot of coverage and recognition.If your serial gets acknowledged,then u r on a high.I don't think his movies have given him such popularity than this show.And yes he got a good company of good actors and have picked up really well.

Wish him all the success in his career,from now on may he get good projects to play.
