This guy does lovelorn and want so well! Subtle and yet powerful! Don't know whose imagination the precap is or indeed if imagination it is but Ruslaan's expressions appear bang on!

I know it is probably too early in the story, it may complicate things too much thereafter etc, but I for one wonder why the precap has to be imagination? Like I had said in another post a few days ago, aren't they human enough to fall prey to a moment? If a man were to confess undying love for her, would Saachi not be tempted to soak in that love, given her almost barren emotional and physical state all her adult life? Yes, she would not be the idealistic, moralistic TV heroine but she would be all too real. Besides, it would be a refreshing change for one as opposed to how such situations are all the time imaginary!

If a character like saachi lets herself be susceptible to a strong and sudden pang, the angst and the drama that could build up therein would be tremendous, Yes, it may not be pure and sweet and all things nice but it sure would be real, bitter-sweet and messy! All contributing to heart wrenching drama! Where a woman begins to wonder if she has taken advantage of a man's emotions?

Real or otherwise, Ruslaan was a pleasure to watch!

P.S - Why do I get the feeling that the precap is real? That is when DV confesses? That kind of breaks the spell and brings her crashing down to reality? But if that happens, it will complicate the case hearing thing? Wonder if they will go down that route? But if DV's family has anything to do with Prithvi .enterprises, this may help as Saachi might think that he deliberately seduced her to sabotage the court case! If this has to be a long running soap, I guess some such twists will have to keep happening!,

I had a chance to read your previous post regarding the same topic you have mentioned here, which I hadn't had a chance to reply too, so I would love to give me take of your question as to would it be so wrong for Sanchi and Dhrub to fall in the heat of the moment and give in to physical closeness ! These days iy wouldn't be unusual at all for this to happen, but the fact is something like this depends on person to person, and Sanchi's character has this inherent shyness from the starting of the show, which is quite natural because while growing up, when she should have been hanging out with friends and gossiping about guys, she was taking care of her family and practically raising her siblings !! If you remember the episode where she finds out about Sunil after she catches Prachi out on a date with Sunil, it was so difficult for her to talk of even about things like boyfriend, love and romance with Prachi !! See when you have spent most of your life engraving the right from wrong into the minds of your siblings, to make sure that they have someone to look up to, you really can't afford to be selfish and give in to your needs and desires, even if you catch yourself at a weak moment !! Especially without any realization of feelings for the person you give in too ! So that is why I'm quite sure, it is indeed a dream sequence !! Saachi is so selfless in her actions that she would rather die then do something which goes against the morals and beliefs she has been brought up with, especially with her being from a small city like Panchgani !! :)

Thanks for your response!

That is my whole point. In a moment of emotional or physical weakness, you can go against the grain of your existence. I know it is not appropriate for a self righteous TV heroine but it is eminently possible for a person who is sadly human! That is all my point was then and is now!

We all pride ourselves on a lot of things, but only under such circumstances do we discover how human we are!

I suppose the precap is imaginary. I would personally be pleasantly surprised if it were real though!

I hope I'm not accused of going off-tangent again but I'm going to attempt to reply yet again...the point being...Saachi needs to first SEE DV in that light before she can even be considered being human enough to be swept away in the moment...DV's feelings are MUCH stronger than hers right now, thus the lovelorn looks are stronger from his side...and being projected strongly vis a vis the precap...dream or not.

If Saachi is not even FEELING to that intensity yet then how can she be expected to be swept away in the moment?

Being human is one thing and going against your very nature is other, and I feel that a character like Saachi, would never become so weak that she gives in to her in the heat of a moment, most especially when she hasn't even fallen for a guy ! Had their relationship been established and they were in love, then her giving in might be possible, but even in that case she would end up regretting her moment of weakness, because all her life its her inner strength which has always carried her through tough times, so she isn't the type to become weak, and that too because of sudden desire for a guy she has just met and started to trust !

Very well said Anu !! U can't really be swept away when you are not even aware the person feelings for you.

Right now, there are no chances of the precap being real, simply b'coz Saachi does not feel anything for DV yet. She does care for him and thinks of him as a good friend and nothing else and most importantly she thinks its not possible to fall for a guy younger in age. This age factor is very prominent here and the biggest hurdle for Saachi. Saachi is very fond of DV and trusts him immensly, so DV proposing to her or even dropping a direct hint if his feelings will be seen as a breach of trust by her. Even if Saachi falls for DV eventually, she is most likely to feel guilty and low about herself.

I will also opt out for the pre-cap to be an imaginary happening. Not that I am saying it's impossible but rather strange. The girl who feels awkward when her hand touches DV's hand this morning is now allowing DV to come that near her ? Sensation must be in Pune's air then! It's been less than 24 hours since their hand touched - what changed
Personal opinion --- I just never understood the point of showing close scenes when it's merely an imagination! I understand they are trying to entice the audience, but really does not add value to the storyline!

Hi, back after a long time.So how is everybody doing?

Coming back to the topic, I also think the precap is Dhruv's imagination .Saanchi is not aware of any kind of feelings for Dhruv , if she has them that is to say. She thinks of him him just as a friend, you saw her reaction when Rishi suggested the same thing. She doesn't see him in that way.Plus her personality is not like that, she is a girl who is shy and a bit traditional and considering that don't you think its way too early for her to give in.

I think its deffo a DV dream /imagine wat ever we like to call it...as everyone else saying I too feel its bit too soon for Saachi to fall for him and pre cap shows her initiating the hug..so its little unlikely at this stage. Acting wise, Sangeeta was good as usual but Ruslaan's capable of emoting without going ott is just so amazing.
