Sanchi & Dhruv - Humour me some spite.

To overlook one's own's (Aadu's) fault and blame it on others is unbecoming of someone of Sanchi's maturity. Sanchi may be the benevolent boss who is always looking out for her employees but her bedside (no pun intended, not at this stage anyway) manners sure need some polishing. Now one would attribute her fear and overprotective nature to her parents accident and her concern for her brother (and resulting disdain towards Dhruv) is understandable but there are some bounds of propriety you just do not overstep. If she really was the adult she claims she is, she wouldn't have denied Dhruv the petals & the prasad, not in front of a room full of people like that. Say what you may but her actions were purely out of spite and the trauma of losing ones parents in an accident do not really justify them.

Which brings us to the person at the receiving end of deal. Sanchi is otherwise a polite and decent person. Why then such petty behavior where Dhruv is concerned ? Specially when Aadu sustained no serious injury from the accident, nothing more than what could have easily been the result of a test drive on a bike gone awry or something. Why take it all out on Dhruv ? Simply because somewhere deep down she knows he would humour her. The connection is vague, but is slowly starting to materialize into something more tangible.

I don't know if I am the one drawing my own conclusions here or the makers ARE actually in fact trying to show this, but its these instances like these that make me think that Dhruv is putting up with tantrums & tempers of a woman who was forced to cut short her time as young girl all too soon, knowing where she and her frustration is coming from. He may just be a little more mature that Sanchi gives him credit for. It could also be down to the fact that slowly, very very slowly, Sanchi is starting to consider him as someone she may come to rely on. Someone, who despite her crabiness, might just happen to have her back (cut to when her scumbag cousin gave her hell for the zameen issue, or when she asked him to cover up for her in front of Aaji/Nani). It is, more often than not, on our closest and most trusted friends we vent out our frustration on/in front of. Not an outsider, in front of whom whom propriety must be maintained at all times. We do not lay bare our vulnerabilities in front of strangers we do not trust. Despite her denial, Sanchi might just have grown to trust Dhruv a tiny bit. Too tiny at this point to be recognisable. But as long as its there, I think we can be hopeful for more happier times to come.

Fantastic analysis... I agree that Sanchi is a bit too harsh with DV and may be she unknowingly becomes vulnerable and her faade of strictness comes as an obstacle...
I will write more again...

Yes, it is interesting to see how her conscious and subconscious instincts are of two minds (again no pun intended 😆) about Dhruv. She wants to maintain the distance and sees to it that she treats him no more than a neighbor but unbenownst to her she probably already sees him a lot more closer to home that their walls would permit.

Rafi di I never knew you watched this show.

About Sanchi even I fel she acts crazy when it comes to Dhruv. She gets well matured in all other actions but when it comes to Dhruv she gets all childish. Even after the guy has been trying various ways she has framed her mind that Dhruv is not a matured guy...

Asmaaa 🤗
Haan re , I have been waiting for this show ever since the promos came out 😳

And yeah you're right . In Sanchi's head Dhruv is some incorrigible juvenile delinquent and she refuses to acknowledge otherwise even if it is her own subconscious saying so. Oh denial, thy pettiness knows no bounds 😆.

I agree.. I was thinking along the same lines. He might be the one with the immature tag but she behaves a little 'bratty' with him.

I don't like how she jumps to blame him and his immaturity at every opportunity. Adu lied but she doesn't give him the lecture and more fault lies with him than with Dhruv in that incident. More importantly, her actions in today's episode were not becoming of a mature person at all.

It is interesting to see that Sanchi, the one of ever generous nature, is immature only with/around him for some reason. And he becomes the mature one to balance.

Okay this is out of context but OMG you have Park SooHa's puppy-in-the-rain moment in your siggy 😲

* Them Feels*

Anyways ... it'd be very interesting to see Dhruv lose it and lash out at her someday .. dont you think ?

And from the way things are going ... about time I say !

Aside: Yes! And OMG! You know Park Soo Ha... I love that scene 😳😳

There was one last episode when he said she wants everything under her control. But what I want is one day when he snaps that age has nothing to do with maturity and ask her exactly what he does that's SO immature. (I want to ask her that, actually 😆)
