There is a lease of 5 years with advance rent already paid. The agreement surely was drawn up by a lawyer and when both Saanchi and Pradeep have signed on it they must be aware what is in it...so what makes Pradeep shout and threaten and Sanchi beg...the reason of the fight itself is very silly and it does not need a big lawyer to decipher it...khuda pahar nikla chuhiya...Sanchiji I thought you were more capable of that...you disappoint me :(

It was shown in today episode dat Prithvi company is also behind this as they hv an eye on the land, so dat's why Sanchi wants a good lawyer who has experience & all & she seems to want an older lawyer.

Whatever the case usually people want the better lawyer 4 them even if the case is small, it's in their nature...

I understand that someone wants to takeover the business but if there is a lease with proper agreement then even if someone wants to takeover, the same becomes difficult as they have to abide by the agreement which is existing...and my dear in our country if you are not a very big business house like the Tatas, Birlas, Ambanis etc etc good lawyers will hardly sit outside your office instead you have to sit outside theirs 😛
