A little too perfect - Page 2

Some reviews tell that Ruslaan is overdoing it. So now the CV's may take note of that and tone down his character. But he is a welcome change from the angry young man we see in most soaps nowadays. Iam enjoying every bit of the show.

well the character of dhruv is not so simple as we all see

@ronshaan agree with the above - Dhruv's over talkative nature may be a cover up . Yesterday when he saw Sanchi's love towards her family he was touched and there was a certain vulnerability about him which I liked. He also wanted someone to care for him the same way. His story will come out slowly once he gets close to Sanchi and she asks about his background.

i dont know why but this story looks like Hitler didi which aired on zee tv

there too the girl was taking care of her people unlike here - No one respacted that support .. here u can see sanchi's family do care

and her lover .. he teach her to smile

he was older then her but she was mature then him

he too was a lawyer

Oh no dont take the story to the same place

cos i already watch such story

hope this one will be much different from the others

Coz there Indira was like Naina in Kal Ho Naa Ho, she never smiles & is strict.

But here Sanchi is a working woman, with her daily routine & responsibilities she hv forgotten 2 give time 4 herself & is happy with her life.

DV is already lawyer but Rishi at the beginning was a cartoonist only after 1yr & leap in HD, he became a lawyer. The only thing is dat the 2 guys are gonna bring changes in the girls lives.😊

I prefer showing stg like dat instead of having a typical love-story with the angry young rich-man & bubbly middle-class girl...Coming to Dhruv's caracter, I think some reviews are trying to bash Ruslaan in my opinion. But he has to be a cool,fun-loving person, so yes it's normal to be filmy sometimes & to laugh a lot & all (I'm also a little bit like dat! LOL), there's ntg OTT in DV, it's in his nature 2 be like dat. If they hv the same personalities, it would be boring.

Just Dils is a little bit OTT, hope they won't show more drama with her...

And Ruslaan is doing a fantastic job as DV, really like his expressions! 😊

For now the show is really good- fresh, realistic & the pair is also cute-interesting. Hope it will maintain its simplicity & will become a hit show!!!

hmm very well said ... let's see what they planned for us ... it has to be different from others so it can be remembered like - astitva - see even today people remember that show !!! well agreed sanchi is smiling to cover her sadness so that was nice change too, !!! let's see what they have in store for us

I don't find any flaws in Saanchi's character.

Nobody is questioning Sanchi's sacrificing nature. Without doubt she is the one who is holding the family and the business together but does it mean from breakfast to dinner she has to make and manage the office too? Everybody around her will sit and do 'hai hai' about her marriage, kab hogi, kyun nehi ho rahi hai...etc

I have watched about 5 episodes of the drama. As I already said in my earlier post the story has potential but the characterisation of the leads could be a bit more intense, somewhere the naturalness of the drama is missing. First I am finding Sanchi a bit too perfect, she knows and does everything by herself, then I am finding Dhruv a bit OTT. I loved the football scene, provided there were no dialogues or less dialogues, I mean just use of sign language and every 2nd word the use of 'dude' did not sound nice in my ears. Dil is cute and it is expected she will be loud so I am enjoying her though still cannot digest both the grandmoms no matter how adorable they are just sit around the whole day. These small things I am sure will make the drama look a bit more natural :)

i agree with all ur points...this is my first post in this forum but i hv been watching from first epi...i am a die hard fan of sangeeta ghosh and she is the main reason y i am watching the show...because i believe wen she is in a show then the story has to be gud...

this things that u mentioned i hope the CVs will gv full attention to them...surely the "real" look will be enhanced if these things r avoided...for example the grandmoms telling saanchi's sis to make tea knowing very well how she is...they r not so old that they cant make a simple tea considering they want to gv rest to saanchi after wat she has gone thru...

i just wish every character has its own logic...grandmoms shudnt be there only to gv lessons of life to saanchi and telling her to marry all the time...Dil too i find OTT...the fact that she actually wanted a young handsome boy for tenant was too much and dhruv shud hv guessed wat is in store for him...nywyz Dil wanting to marry a young boy is ok but the way this wish is being portrayed is OTT...

as for dhruv yes he goes overboard at times but i guess that is because they want to emphasize on the contrast between him and saanchi other than their age...also dhruv seems a mature boy too the way he was following saanchi with his eyes all the time he was in her home after coming back carrying the boxes...he cud see the pain in her eyes and was expecting every moment that grandmoms wud see the pain too...i loved how he did not move his eyes from her learning how she manages to hide her tears and smile all the time only for her family...
dhruv seems to be an observant character and although he is OTT thankfully ruslaan's performance is not giving it that irritating touch...so far his OTT is being enjoyable...

still i agree that these things shud be toned down to gv the "real" touch...also i think saanchi's hair shud be kept in a bun or shud be braided...considering she is a 24 hr busy woman both at home and in office it is not realistic that she can manage such long open hair...
