Part 1
Prachi woke up to the smell of her mother's warm homemade dhoklas. She loved them, but the part that was annoying her a little bit today was that they weren't being made for her. They were for somebody who was going to come live with them. How exciting!....not. Prachi loved making new friends, but she was always afraid of the love between her family breaking. That's why she hated the concept of a stranger staying with HER family.
She got out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and shower. After 20 minutes or so when she walked down the stairs, she saw everyone in her family cleaning her already clean house. Bobby and Saumya, her younger siblings, were putting up a banner with balloons that said "Welcome Milind". "So this guy's name is Milind," she thought. The name actually intrigued her, much to her dismay. She in some way felt connected to that name, as if her name belonged next to it. She never ever met a Milind before. Her thoughts of this "Milind" were disturbed by the ring of her cell phone.
It was Jai, her best friend in the whole world. He knew her inside and out. However, everyone assumed from kindergarten that they were going to end up together. Prachi never felt love for Jai in the 24 years she knew him. He was more like her brother, just someone she could share anything with no matter how serious. As she picked up her ringing cell, she was so happy that he called. Prachi wanted Jai to come with her to the airport to receive this Milind.
"Hey yaar!" Jai literally shouted at Prachi, or so it seemed. "Where have you been? I haven't talked to you or seen you in three whole days."
"Relax Jai! I've been helping Maa get ready for this quest that is coming to live with us," Prachi tried to soothe down Jai's raging anger.
"Why do you always have to help!!! You know there are other people who can't live without seeing you. Anyways, why can't Nandani bhabhi help? Isn't that what a BAHU is supposed to do?" Jai yelled.
"Let me refresh your memory...Bhabhi is seven months pregnant with twins!!! She can hardly move!"
"Ohhhhhhhhh....that's why she is soooo fat now!!!!!!! 😆 I'm sorry anyways!" He felt so stupid for just saying that, how could he have not figured it out that she's pregnant. He literally like lives in Shah house.
Prachi couln't stop laughing from how oblivious her friend was. That's why she loved him sooo much, for his unique character.
"Ayways, yeh chordo Jai. You have to come to the airport with dad and me to pick this Milind up. Okay?" Prachi was literally begging she didn't want to be with this Milind alone. She also didn't understand why her dad wanted her to come and not Boobby or Aalap bhaiyaa.
"Anything you say Madame!!" Neev tried to be all French when he said it but failed miserably. "By the ways, I'm pretty sure Maa made dhoklas, right? So before we go to pick this guy up, tell Maa to pack me some thirty dhoklas."
" Tu bohut motta hone wala hai, jaanta hain. Itna jo khata hai." Prachi sighed at how much he ate, but he was also the thinnest person she has ever met.
As Prachi, Jai, and Inder got ready to the airport, Milind's flight reached Heathrow Airport some twenty minutes early.

Heathrow Airport
Milind was waiting for his dad's best friend sitting on a chair in the arrival terminal. He was beginning to get a bit apprehensive so he went to go get a cup of coffee from the Starbucks in the airport. As he was walking to the counter, he tripped over his luggage and landed on the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.
Her eyes had fear and pain in them, but they immediately locked eyes with the stranger ontop of her. Her heart was beating sooooo fast. She felt such a connection with this stranger. His intense yet passionate gaze was making her weak and afraid but she couldn't look away. His cell phone started to ring but it didn't bother them two because it described their situation exactly.
As Pehli Naazar Mein from Race played(I suggest you play the song it sets the mood...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiaV67y_bNM), she started, in a way, to give her heart to this stranger.
These two srangers were lost in each other's passionate eyes for what seemed like an eternity. They both strongly wanted time to stop so their heavenly meeting could last a lifetime and maybe more....They both urged god that this stranger be attached to their name forever...Milind become Prachi's...Prachi become Milind's. With that simple prayer, Prachi gave her heart and soul to this stranger, and this stranger....Milind....gave the same to his beloved stranger.
So guys, how is it?
I'm not very happy with the Michi scene, I wanted it to be longer and more dramatic. I'll try to work on it.
I'm also thinking to change the title to Pehli Nazar Mein, what say?
Please comment, good or bad, and leave me some advice. If you have any ideas PM me.
Thanks
😊 Lots of Love,
