New entry in Kayamath-Ranbir/Haroon

Star Plus' Kayamath has a new entrant Haroon Kazi in the form of "Ranbir" who is Milind's (Shabbir Ahluwalia) friend and a favourite with his family. As the plot progresses, Ranbir will get romantically involved with Prachi's (Panchi Bohra) sister, "Saumya". Haroon has been a ramp model before he started acting in television.

In the midst of his shooting schedule, we caught up with Haroon to get his stint in Kayamath and he said, "I play a positive character who is a very helpful guy. The audience will get a better insight as the show progresses. Last year I was not in India and when I came back I got a call from Balaji offering me this role and I considered it. I have got a lot of other offers to play in other soaps but I chose to play in Balaji because this is my debut on small screen and Balaji is the biggest and the best and has a lot of audience. And my aim is to make it big in bollywood so I thought I will begin my career with getting groomed in the school of Balaji".

I was into modeling previously and also have done a lot of commercials. Modeling is quite boring because you have to just pose and look but acting is fun because there are dialogues and emotions involved along with your body language. It is a challenge for me to perform my role in the way that I am expected to do and I am hoping to give my best. It is been twelve days that the shooting started and I feel very comfortable here since I am not treated like a new comer and I gel well with everyone here".
