The creatives are really making it out to be Neev and I have a feeling its gonna be him... and when he dies instead of Milind he is going to try and take Prachi down with him some how!!! The nurse definately has a part to play in Milind Murder Plot

I think it's Neev but Ranvir and the nurse have something to do with it. Ekta desn't just bring in characters for no reason
