Jai & Bani (before the butchering)- Both charcaters were so strong but in different ways. The quiet, calm Bani with her hidden strengths and the imposing, formidable Jai with his hidden vunerability. The relationship was unique, a 23 year old girl with absolutely no past romantic experience and the 40 year old tycoon with quite a colourful past. And finally the acting was superb. A 17 year old school girl and a 37 year old happily married father, really did look like a couple in love.

Milind & Prachi - When you have 2 beautiful, young actors like these two, it can actually be a bit off putting cos it's difficult to relate to people like them. Could anyone relate to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in Mr & Mrs Smith? 😕 But they manage to retain a sweetness and accessability about them. You are always rooting for them to be together and inspite of their early difficulties they haven't crossed any line that you know in real life, would make it impossible for them to be together.

Vasundha & Sushant (Virrudh) - Really mature, realistic love story. Two grown-ups, well past the teenage infatuation stage. They didn't have any illusions about each other and inspite of some pretty big obstacles, still made it to their happy ending.
