I agree with Ryka sis, I just watched that scene, and Prachi hurt herself deliberately, and knowing that she is Milsi's weakness and put her self at risk, that was quite some tumble down the stairs, so I did not find anything wrong in Milind's behaviour towards Prachi as liked he said when her eyes were shut, he couldnt breath..he was scared.
