Yes, it is Ranvir. I noticed that bald patch at the back of his head in yesterday's episode and today he had the same bald patch.

I think the plan is to corner Milsi in the party. If Milsi goes away to Pune they cannot do that. I think they are setting things up so that Prachi ends up 'killing' Milsi's attempted killer.
