Nobody is bashing him Janki. All we are saying, or rather I am saying is that he is not himself. I am his fan (my hubby's and son's jealousy of anything related to Shabbo is enough to prove it). But that does not mean I have to constantly sing his praises to prove that I am. If he has not performed well I would say he has not. If he does exceptionally well I would ackowledge it too. There are a couple of days in recent times when he looked out of sorts. There could be 'n' number of reasons for it. His role is not exciting him as much as it did before because of the pathetic track which is being written, he is stressed and over worked, the scenes are hastily shot etc, etc. That does not mean I have written him off as an actor. On the contrary, his towering personality makes his lacklustre performance in a few episodes noticeable and makes a difference to the show just as his exemplory performance takes it to a new plane all together. As an impartial viewer I would comment on what I see, irrespective of who I like. That does not mean I am rubbishing his acting skills.

Whatever it is that is troubling Shabbo, boredom, fatigue whatever, I hope it is resolved soon so that we can get to see him at his best again.

I second opti. No one's bashing Shabbir...instead, we feel sorry for him for being in a sorry excuse of a show....he's a dedicated artist who didn't even ask for a break for his movie shoot. He could have taken a longer break after his accident scene but he didn't as he knew the show rests on his shoulders.

He takes his job seriously which has become a just a job for him of late but what can he do if such uninspiring storylines are thrust at him?

It has taken a toll on his acting recently and as a result the chemistry bt the jodi is suffering...but no one's blaming him....we are blaming the writers for many things.....one of them is the slow destruction of the character he is playing....Milind.
