Going by the happenings in the show ever since the PA track began, I am convinced that Team KYM has either forgotten their story or we have a new Team KYM who are not familiar with what their precedessors wrote. So I thought we will give them a refresher course on what they had told us so far so that they dont end up giving us a blooper or two every single day for the rest of this track. Let me begin.
Prachi is Inder Shah's daughter. She never took any panga with her father's accountant's son Milind. She is the dutiful wife, sister, daughter. But dont bother to seek her as a friend. She married Milsi out of compulsion but fell in love with her husband. She honours her marriage above all else and was willing to stand up against Ayesha to protect it.
Milind is a ruffian with a golden heart. He may be short tempered but is not unreasonable. He loves his sister very much and beat up the guy (Inder Shah's son, Alaap) for messing her life. Before he left for Turkey his grouse was against Alaap and NOT against Prachi. He married Prachi to take revenge against Ayesha, his GF who ditched him to further her own revenge agenda. He despised Prachi not so much that she was Alaap's sister but because she let go of Neev, her childhood sweetheart who ended up marrying his former GF. His anger against her was fuelled by Ayesha who kept carrying tales about her. Over a period of time his hate turned to love and before his accident he was all set to marry his wife all over again in a romantic wedding. Now thanks to the sickening PA which conveniently left him one year back, he cannot remember that Prachi is his wife.
Baba is Milind's father who was a strict disciplinarian. Milsi always had problems with him although he respected him. He never revealed his love for Ayesha to him before he had left for Turkey. Baba had a stroke when Suki attempted suicide. So logically Milsi should still be worried about Baba's health.
Neev is Prachi's childhood friend and former lover. He was engaged to be married to Prachi when Milsi left for Turkey. However, with Inder having an untimely death and the family going through financial ruin because of Alaap's mismanagement of affairs and Ayesha's revenge for her lost childhood and what was done to her mentally unstable mom, he ended up marrying Ayesha. Prachi was responsible for this because she led him into believing she loves not him but only money. Prachi's sacrifice is because she did not want him to suffer Ayesha's wrath. But the guy ended up suffering nonetheless as he was caught up in a loveless marriage.
Ayesha was Milind's friend and ex-lover. She found out she is Inder's illegitimate daughter after her father's death. Alaap married her mother off to an insane character. She then sprung into revenge mode against the Shahs. She particularly hates Prachi (who was her friend earlier) because she initially believed that she too helped Alaap. But now her hate stems from jealousy since she wants back Milind whom she had willingly discarded earlier.
Alaap, the root of all evil, tricked Sukruti, Milind's sister, into a fake marriage and bedded her. He humiliated Ayesha, her mom and Milind - on different occassions. Was forced to marry an insane girl, Suyesha. Is unable to leave her because he fears his F-i-L who is an underworld don. Has just realised that he has a child out of wed-lock from Suki. Has also learned that Milind has transferred half his property to this child and hence wants the child as he is the ticket to Milind's riches. Of late he seems to have forgotten he is still married and his F-i-L is still around. Has even managed to fool his friend into believing he is single (strange since the friend has seen his wife on many occassions).
Sukruti, the problematic sister of Milind and the root of all trouble. Her child out of wed-lock nearly wrecked her brother's marriage. She is married to Neev's brother Saket and is carrying his child. Did I mention that her baby is one miraculous baby who managed to celebrate his first birthday on the day he is supposed to have been born as per the medical records (here I mean not just the date but also the same year!).
