Yes, Neev has every right to have a better life away from Ayesha.
But she is the one who destroyed many people's lives and Neev should not let her out so easily. So it would have been nice if Neev tortured her before giving divorce or atleast send her behind bars as she is responsible for Milind's accident.

Tweety he may have had another shave dear. I dont think these scenes were shot one and a half months back. Beard grows pretty fast. I beieve for the SBS interview too he had this look. So the scenes cnnot be that old.
