A stroke means that a clot has reached an artery in your brain, and voila! There's nothing called brain stroke or heart stroke or kidney stroke etc. I think the writers were aiming for cardioembolic stroke, mainly triggered by ischemia?!..

I checked the net. Seems like 'brain stroke' is Indian english for the medical condition of a stroke which you have rightly explained. So I guess snakeman can be forgiven for using the term. This results in paralysis, loss of language, motor skills or vision. Wonder what Milsi is going to lose. Or maybe he will miraculously come out unscathed thanks to Prachi's love and prayers. Afterall this is a BT show where a guy has survived falling from over 500 feet into a river which is less than 5 feet deep!
