KYM seems to be the story of the troubles one man faces because of the three women in his life, for in the last six months that is all they have been showing us.
All the three women claim to love this one man but the poor guy never gets any respite, does he? He has been hurt socially by Suki, his sister. While her elopement had made him bow his head in shame, the possibility of the baby raaz breaking out is going to bring further humiliation to him. He has been hurt emotionally by Prachi, his wife. The woman magnanimously took the blame on behalf of her sis-in-law, and in turn left the guy shattered and bitter, that he ended up bringing out the worst side of him. The one who takes the cake is his ex-lover Ayesha. She hurt socially (when she decided to throw her tantrums in the dandiya dance), emotionally (when she decided that her revenge was greater than her love for him and when she pretended that he had had an ONS with her) and physically (when she knocked him over the cliff). Now the same woman is all set to rule his life, taking advantage of his loss of memory.
Frankly can the creatives not think of anything other than how the poor guy gets cornered by these three women? What about the other characters of the show? What about Neev? What about Prachi's siblings? What about solving exsiting problems like the Inder murder mystery?
This over obsession with the 1 man and 3 women is really getting to be too much. They need to have a wider canvas to paint their story if they hope to hold the viewer's interest at 11.00 pm., four days a week.
