hey guys,
definitely agree with rashi. shabbir's performance today was soooo good. really, it was heartbreaking. i have no words to express the depth of his performance. you could really hear a husband's voice breaking as he realizes that he has perhaps lost the love of his life forever. we see his pain and fear and anger at himself when he for a few moments thinks of what if his loved one is hurt or hurts herself. he will not forgive himself if anything happens to her. i usually skip the filmy dialogue because of of the time it's just melodramatic and so soapy (if you get the drift), but this scene, and shabbir's execution of it to perfection is a must watch. you'll be drawn to tears, and if not, just listening to him your heart will cringe.
anyone want to discuss this scene? truly, he deserves an award for his acting.
