Ryka out of the blue (thanks to my current very depressed mood) I remember your post about Reaction and Action considering Michi, and though I didn't fully agree with you back then now I feel that I finally get what you really mean and I agree. Michi was happy together. They had found each other, they couldn't be happier with life. And one fine day Prachi decided things she should not decide alone and destroyed that happiness. Strictly for Michi's relationship she destroyed it single handedly. Milind's terrible actions including the doubts were reactions to what Prachi already decided for both of them: her silence. I'm way too bored of saying she has no brain so I'm not going there. On a higher level she might do the good (though I disagree), but strictly for Michi she ruined it royally. Maybe it's not really her fault; I think she just chose the wrong path in life. She would fit better to be a nun/ missionaries in far away country etc. There are reasons why some of these people are not to be married, one might be because by marrying someone we give them the exclusive right to own us more than the higher good. Which we can't effort in certain professions/way of life. Judging from the way Prachi hangs on to the secret in the expense of her marriage it seems she could not afford to have a husband instead. And btw now I no longer buy her famous motive 'I'm doing it for Milind because he can't see his sister in pain'. For me it's more like she's doing the greater good: 'trying to keep relationships from breaking' as she loved to say though I really don't get what she meant by that.
In a certain fine country there was this code for hospitals and doctors: Patients with 'death certainly coming their way' were not to be told about their diseases. The doctors would tell the patients' family and then by doctor's order all of them would tell the patients that they had this certain non dangerous diseases instead. The patients would go home and to put it bluntly, spend their days in the dark then die. That was of course done for the good, for what's the good of telling someone they would die in a few weeks while there's nothing to do about it? I'm not sure but I think the code was made accordingly to general consensus, people's general value and thoughts. So to link it with Kayamath, I'm not surprised if many understand and support Prachi for her choice of actions, her reasons and intentions. I think I understood her too up to a certain point. But as for now I don't think the doctors (and the family) had the right to keep it a secret from the patients. It's the patients' lives so for me it's something even near to a sin to keep it a secret. Same goes to Prachi.
Anyways that's old material. What's done is done. Nothing much changed in Kayamath. The latest episode...Besides cursing Prachi's readiness for divorce I really really really didn't like the way Milind looked so miserable, uncertain and (if I may use the word) wimpish in the court.
Oh my Kayamath, all in all your creators so want me out of your viewers' list. But I'll stick with you until Michi has their divorce. To be honest right now I feel like saying 'bring it on'.
On a brighter note, congrats for our new thread. Hope this will be the last to talk about Prachi's the mom track-Unresolved 😊 For the creative's sake because if not I will strangle them.
