Did he hear Prachi saying "Mein Sukriti ko kya jawab doongi?"?
if he is someone either send by Neev or Alaap then they can put two and two together and guess that Rithwik is Sukriti's son.

Hmm pretty hard to tell since the expressions could not be more clearer under that mask. 😉 though i doubt it with the hype this issue has created the revelation would be a big bang so i'm waiting for a tear flowing, heart attack happening and guilt ridden revelation here. 😆

From the vicinity within which Prachi uttered those words the kidnapper could have heard the words.But if the destructives want to kheechofy this track also,then the kidnapper guy would surely have selective hearing problems. 😡 So he wouldn't have heard Prachi's words in that case.
