Ok, this is going to get a little graphic here, but how could Milind not know that its not Prachi's child.

Let me explain, Milind and Prachi had sex right? Yes, I am using very bland terms.. but anyway, if Prachi were a virgin till then, Milind would have known.. I mean, when a woman has sex for the first time, her hymen breaks and she bleeds a little. And Milind would have automatically known from their "experience" if Prachi were a virgin before or not. And if he really believed that it was her kid, well, she couldnt have been a virgin. So you see, it doesnt match up and that for me, is the greatest proof ever. Not stupid DNA reports.

Seriously, how could he not know?

I (and many others) have long given up on this violation of this simple logic, devilangel. Kayamath is for children, so everyone has no real knowledge about woman's body.

That was my initial thought to, however, I do remember reading an article a couple of years back that in certain countries, the woman can have her hymen "stitched" up if she wants to, as in certain cultures the bride has to be a virgin.
Although, I don't think the character Prachi, will do that. lol.

😆 I think stitching won't do much for a lady who has delivered a baby... but that's an interesting point.

Look at the bight side... At least this show is not about a husband who get livid on his first night finding his bride as not-virgin while actually she is, and then throw his wife out of the house and shame her and her family etc etc. What a bright side

PG 17 Rating for my Post

Well...

Not all women bleed on their first time as the hymen (the thin tissue built in the vagina) can be stretched by any number of activities, most notably sports and inserting tampons. Moreover, hymen repair surgery is available. However, having said all that, I also agree that Milind should be able to tell from his sexual experience with Prachi that she was a virgin (because first time is usually marked by discomfort if not pain on the part of the woman). And also, most doctors refuse to do the hymen repair surgery for a woman who has given birth and her virginal canal walls have stretched as a result. Apart from his own sexual experience with Prachi, he should also have tried to use his judgment regarding Prachi. As others have mentioned, it is extremely, extremely difficult if not impossible to hide a pregnancy from members of family and other people if you share the same residence with them. So, in conclusion, Milind should intuit that Prachi has never been with anyone but him alone; and that even if she has been with anyone, she could not have both gotten pregnant and hid her pregnancy from the watchful eyes of her family. That is what is lunacy.

Anyway, the storyline is BS as is the show nowadays. So, I am not surprised that not only the creative storyline heads not using their own intelligence but insulting our own with fantastical storylines. By the way, I think you posted a good discussion topic because I wanted to post something along this line but did not know how to broach the topic.

well yes but then when a woman has already had sex, she kind of "loosens" up, so a man would immediately know that she had had sex before. Isnt sex-ed done in fourth grade? So kids would probably know all about it anyways...
