yesterday they showed the scene where Premlata helps Ayesha 2 lie down on the bed and when premlata leaves Neev cums in. He enters with a worrying expression for Ayesha on his face but then ignores her and lies beside her faced da other way.Then we see Ayesha giving some kind of look like hurt or devastated.

Do u think this can a hint of Neesha ( Neev-ayesha) romance or sth???😕

naaa..... i don't want ayesha to forget milind man! they both love each other......yh and i know that milind loves prachi now but....still u know first love is always TRUE!
