hey, i came across this article in the KS forum where KS's Prachi bani desai gives her thoughts on the sore eyes problem that is happening in mumbai right now , it mentions that sore eyes problem has been spreading all over mumbai, india ...

I guess Panchi has been affected by the sore eyes problem and thats why she wore those specs... poor girl.
