Shali, JC Very nice view pointm but obviously u must have guessed I dont agree....šŸ˜†

There is no doubt I wanted Milind to stand up for himself... that is exactly why I put the title 'Milind, Dont follow your wife's Gandhigir' šŸ˜† So there is no way I want Prachi to defend him through and through... Def no! Having said that I want Prachi to stand up for her choice... when her relationship with Milind was under fire. More than defending her husband, I wanted her to show her support. It was such a heart wrenching moment when Milind turned towards her for support... That I thought was the defining moment, He needed some kind of reassurance from Prachi. Esp after marriage he needs Prachi to reassure him she is there because no matter what Milind's life has turned over its head, emotionally financially and here is Prachi who is making him even more confused... so even a small gesture from Prachi releives him off his confusion, insecurity. That is what happened that day he came home drunk, Prachi showed she cares for him and out of that huge window flew every thoughts of his wife being with Neev. No matter how strong Milind is, He can break. Even he needs support for his emotional stability... he may never say it, but if u understand him, u will see that the 1st thing in his eyes.

What ever happened Yday 1st of all came totally unexpected to Milind, esp because he was sure he had Alaap in check. And coming the 2nd part I completely agree with Ek Umeed. Milind hasnt forgotten his roots... The way he puts it 'Poster badla hai, Picture abhi same hai'šŸ˜† And yday the issue wasnt abt Business or Money, the world Milind conquered.... It was a very personal. The main reason Milind had a bitter relationship with his father was due to the fact that his father didnt treat the Shahs merely as his employer but also made his entire family indebted to them... he was aware that the Shahs have funded his education way beyond the salary & sometimes the food was also the tip that the shah family gave...there have been so many occasions Milind hasnt eaten his meals because of that. Milind never liked that, and Yday he was quiet because he felt a sense of indebtedness to that Jerk's father... There was truth in the fact that Inder did fund Milind's education. The other more important aspect that came up was Prachi. He knows deep inside that he has been unfair with her and he really isnt the Prince Charming she was waiting for...and it hurts him beyond his understanding. Milind wasnt low on self confidence... Why will a guy be less on confidence when he can build a multi billion company in 3 months. He went silent and that tear came dropping because he felt humbled in the worst way possible and he was shattered.

And u r right Prachi's reaction was 'Normal' which is exactly why i am fuming and ranting... because the situation wasnt in any which way NORMAL😔 It is her nature not to get into a conflict, fair enough... but what about those conflicts that happen because of her? Her brother is telling the whole world that Her husband is not worth her and she doesnt have anything to do with it? Forget Milind for a moment. Lets dwell on Alaap... Prachi knows what havoc the same behaviour of Alaap unleased on them when he did the same mistake of getting back at Ayesha... Now if Milind does take Ayesha's route... what will she do? Is it sensible to allow such thing to happen again?

I dont want Prachi to engage in any melodramtic stuff... she could have put an end to it in her own calm way. When Alaap questioned he doesnt understand why Prachi is with Milind... All she had to do is walk upto Milind hold his hand look at Alaap's face and let him in the most calm collected voice that 'It is my decision to be marry Milind and I stands by it and I am proud to be his Wife because he is a self made man' End of story... she has given Alaap back in her own calm way and she has reassured her husband of the dignity of all his success he acheived today. I would be fine if Prachi wouldnt mean anything I wanted her to say... But she does mean everyword... so why not say it? Till when is she going to be docile, let her pamily be unfair to everyone and then do a self penance for their sake... Sorry, Prachi's silence is disappointing 😔

And excuse me why didnt anyone enlighten Alaap about the fact that even his father started off like Milind? Doesnt he remember his father used to take all the kids on a cycle... What generations is Alaap braging about in any way 😔

I have still not given up on Prachi because I like it or not Milind needs her at this point... and I am willing to be a bit paitent with her provided she puts Alaap in his place so effectively that he wont dare to talk about Milind in such a way ever again. As for Milind, he will recover... I think as Amu said the song 'Yeh jeevan hai...' is a brilliant morale boaster for Milind... he will take it in his stride... A loser like Alaap cant knock down Milind to an extent that he cant fight back.

Milind glanced towards Prachi...with those tears waiting to unleash, somewhere expecting her to speak up atleast against that accusation... but that girl wouldnt speak up even then😔 all she can do is shed a tear😔 Prachi, I am far too disappointed with you now and I dont have a large heart like ur husband to overlook ur mistakes everytime😔-------same pinch...

It was heartwrenching to see Milind fall down on his knees, birken in spirit... everyone left him😭. Even Prachi? How could u Prachi?!? When the 'Yeh jeevan hai...' Music started I thought it was 'Jab koi bath bigad jaye tum dena saath mera' music was about to begin and Prachi would show up from behind him, if not comfort him atleast cry with him(like she always does) But no luck😭------------thts my fav song...i go mad wen i listn to it...it so damn romantic yaar...

For the moment Prachi, Sukruti & Ayesha stay away from my sight for your own good. Sukruti and Ayesha, Milind's friends were your acquaintance aswell right? You couldnt take care of them? Milind atleast was busy with business delegates... all you two did was look pretty and stand around😔 Sukruti atleast u couldnt be with him later?

So Milind met with an accident😭. -------poor guy....

I am impressed by your line of reasoning. I am impressed by your beautiful language. Very refined.šŸ‘And I agree with you one point; I too would have hated Neev if he had been the one to utter the words. So, I am not in agreement with Shali on that point. But I definitely with Shali on the whole Prachi issue. But as far as your second inquiry regarding the fact that it is incomprehensible that Milind suddenly acquire this weakness, I don't see it as a sudden weakness. I think he feels somewhere inside of him unworthy of Prachi even though we have seen him criticize, scold, and manhandle her as being but a pawn in his game of revenge against Ayesha.I would think he'd feel unworthy of Prachi only because shes such a saint and him having donned the role of an abusive husband who is just using her...he should feel morally unworthy of her. But not because of wealth issues. And you're right; he never wanted to be reminded that they are indebted to the Shah family. But I think he didn't want to be reminded of the debt because he hated the facts of life (i.e. the rich throwing away the money while the poor having to work for every little coin) and the hypocritical lives led by the upper echelons of society. But it galled him to know that his social betters had something he would never have: respectability. But now that he has the social respectability, I think he feels not quite right. Maybe ur right. He did feel more at home sitting at the tea stall with his friends. Thats the life he loves.

In the movie Dhadkan, for example, the headstrong character of Sunil Shetty was of a low-income class and background without blue bloodlines who rose to unexpected heights of power and position in the business world. But you know what he carried with him all the time he touted himself as a businessman? His old, torn shirt and worn-out shoes?! Do you know why he said that he carried those things? Because while the world might know him as a business tycoon, he still considered himself the street ruffian who had made it to the top in this big, bad world to attain the love of a woman lost to him in marriage. I think Milind feels like that too--only my guess, of course. I like the analogy. I never drew that similarity between the characters. But now it does seem that Milind is very much like Sunil's character. The same intensity, and possibly the disillusionment from this world. But Sunil was utterly lonely, Milind at least has his friends and sister to be his anchors and Prachi ofcourse will be a solace (i am hoping).

In that same way, while as an audience member, you might be surprised to see headstrong Milind who always gave it back to Alaap, Ayesha and other slew of charachters their due, the truth is that I think Milind feels he does not belong there inside of the Shah house in his heart. He doesn't feel that he fits in this elite crowd. I donno if hes completely out of place. He may feel like he'd rather be somewhere else but he carries himself extremely well even in social gatherings like these. It may not be that he doesn't fit..but that he doesn't want to fit into a role that he has detested for the majority of his life. In my opinion, is that true? Of course not! I judge a person by the strength of his or her character rather that the size of his or her purse. Has Milind been taught that? Oh, yes, he has heard that sometimes in his school or lectures. But does he believe that? The answer is no! Because all his life, low-lives like Alaap have been given respect that should have been accorded to people holding onto their shred of morality and self-respect. Thus, I hope, fervently hope that he learns through Prachi's love that he is more than a servant's son, more than his birth or his pedigree; I hope Prachi teaches him that his heart and character is the true wealth of his life, one which true bluebloods like Alaap lack who have ice water running through their veins. And when he truly ceases to feel like a fake, he will react in a way he should have: He would kick Alaap's ass (pardon my crude language)!🤣Now this sounds funny after reading your entire post with so much admiration for ur use of words...perfectly placed. (And I'd pay to watch that! šŸ˜†) But he needs to feel worthy first, and I'm betting my money on Prachi (though she did disappoint me today but am witholding passing final judgment and waiting for her next actions).

That is purely my opinion. So, take it with a grain of salt. šŸ˜‰

Sincerely,

Ek Umeed 😊 I love the way you explain things. btw like ur ID, ur trying to live up to that name bringing umeed to us.šŸ˜‰\

My worst fear for today is that Ayesha being the one to probably meet Milind at the hospital first...may poison his mind against Prachi because of what Alaap did. The only thing i don't wanna c is Milind joining hands with Ayesha (giving up on his idea of revenge from her) and taking all his wrath out on Prachi. Thats what Ayesha would want too...to keep MP from coming any closer. Lets c what happens.

sweetie....

off course prachi will get a hard time.... and MA will give it to her....

the relatoin between MP is still to grow... yes they are tied up in bandan /bond but without any feelings towards each other....prachi is only doing her duty....she will care less...

and as ekta knows... jealousy is the best place to start for prachi to discover her feelings .... and for milind... that will take longer.... he isn't a person who will fall in love head over heels....

it has to more.... and that is what he is looking and in need for....and prachi will give it cause she is more caring then A.... A ... she been stubborn and egoistic about everything....and now milind will see the difference...

It the same old story we gone watch....
