Inder knows abt Ayesha.
As we know Inder goes there every tuesday, to see Ayesha's mom..staying outside their place..

Inder sees Ayesha everyday and he just stays quiet while Ayesha pass nearby him everyday Tuesday when he goes there 😳

Bcoz when Inder left she was pregnant, she didnt tell him abt it coz she wanted to give him surprise..bt he never returned..coz on the other side prem latha gave birth to praachi ..just few months before ayesha 😳
