Inder Shah
Inder Shah is one one of the leading industrialist n leads a happy n content life.He has a devoted Wife and 4 kids eldest one being Prachi followwed by Alap,Sowmya and Bobby.
Premlatha Shah
She is the devoted wife of Inder Shah .A very Understanding Mother and a dutiful Daughter-in-law to her Mother-in-law .She considers Neev-Prachi's Best Frend as her own Son.
Dadi
She Is the Mother of Inder Shah and a very supportive and understanding Mother-in-law and Grand mother
Prachi Inder Shah
Prachi Inder Shah. Praachi an innocent, lovable, introvert girl has always lead a sheltered life. A very docile, vulnerable, person Praachi cannot see anyone in pain, she always tries to help out. Her pillar of strength is her father and her childhood best friend Neev. For her life is all about love and believes that one day her Prince Charming will come and take her away.
Alaap Shah
Alaap is Inder Shah's second son after prachi .he is a spoilt brat n a popular flirt but in the house he has a image of a studious n good son.He was away from home for a long time.
Bobby n Sowmya Shah
Bobby and Sowmya are Inder Shah's children who are younger to Prachi and Alaap.They are very mischievious n look upto Prachi.
Shergill Family
Pranay Shergill
Pranay Shergill is Inder Shah's dear frend n his Business Partner .He has only one son and that is Neev Shergill
Niharika Shergill
Niharika Shergill is Neev's mother and is negligent to his son .She does a lot of social for media publicity n has full support from her daughter .She is most of the time out of town and doesnt give Neev n Pranay her attention.
Neev Shergill
Neev is a very practical, straight forward and spontaneous boy. A Casanova at heart Neev lives each day as it comes. He is very possessive about his family and friends. He treasures his friendship with Praachi. Neev does not know what love is and cannot understand how Prachi can believe in it so strongly.
Purvi Shergill
Purvi is Neev's sister.She loves Alaap and wants to get him at any cost.She is very close to her mother,she is a spoiled brat and a very stubborn girl.

Mr. Sadanand Mishra
He is one of Inder Shah's oldest n most faithful employee and is considered as a very important part of the family.
Milind Mishra
Milind is Mr. Mishrajs Son. he is a strong muddle headed guy and believes in his abilities rather than Inder shah's reccomendation for other thing.
Sukruti Mishra
Sukruti is the Daughter of Mr. Mishra and and Milind's sister and works in Shah house despite being educated which milan doesn't approve off.She is loved by dadi is considered as a family member.
Amrita Shah
She is Ayesha's Mother and Inder's first love. She is mentally unstable because of Inder's betrayal .
Ayesha Shah
Ayesha is supposedly Inder Shah's illegimate Daughter.She is a childhood friend of Milind n stays in the same colony.She is a strong independant and street smart girl and hates her father.
Mamaji
Mamji is Premlatha's younger brother who is in plan to get his daughter married to Neev and therefore constantly tries to seperate the two.
Varun Mehta
Varun Mehta is a Business Man and enters the Shah family as Prachi's fiance ,despite he being married he is marrying Marrying prachi with a intention of revenge with Inder Shah for injustice he did in his past.
Swati Mehta
Swati Mehta is Varun's wife and is unaware of her husbands betrayal and is heart broken on knowing the truth of her husband.
