How are they same? How r they different?

Hey guys,

Prachi is one more name added to the list of lead females in Ekta Kapoor's serials with reputed characters like Tulsi, Parvati, Bani, Prerna, Gauri etc...

All Ekta characters are binded together not only with the letter 'K' 😆 but also with their character traits.

I found her character quite similar to the other lead roles in other serials but as well i noticed some differences too.

So how do u think is the character of Prachi same to the other 'K' lead females in Ekta serials and how is she different? 😛

umm, well this serial has jsut started, but:

- she listens to family
- is nice and sweet
- has something to do with god, or family. i mean they did the thing for a girl ot married and her dad does pooja in the morning
- also, usually the main lead is kind of poor, this is the first time they arent:(prena was poor, so was tulsi, parvati not sure becuase she was already married, gauri(kaa) poor, kusum, and im sure more)

The major difference I noticed about her, that differentiate her from other K serial characters is, the fact that she is "sheltered" because of this, she is afraid of making her own decisions, is very shy and nevous meeting new people! I actually find this trait quite charming, but other K-characters are decisive and lecturers! Prachi also doesn't seem the type to force her opinion down other people...the fact that she is not shown as a poor girl in need of money is different... Also, her bond with her father is really unique, sweet and different! 😛

I totally agree. The part that makes her diff, is her dependency on her best friend and her dad.

... And you see how she depends on her dad, right? Well that doesn't make her independent. So that's another similarity. The typical character of woman in shows (not only referring to Ekta shows.. other shows as well) is not independent. The women always rely on someone, they never supposedly make a decision alone, but rather...always go to their husbands, and ask them.

Same:Bani,Prena,Tulsi,Parvati,Gauri,Kashish,Anjali

1)prachi loves her family members just like the above

2)obeys her parents decisions

3)when in love she give her heart and soul to the man she loves just like the above and sincere to him (eg:jai,bajaj,mihir,om,shiv,sujal,kkavya)so prachi's love is neev

4)as usual she too cry just like the above for small issues(can't help it ekta's style)

5)she does pooja just like the above

6)she is beautiful just like the above

7)she too has aashiq like the others(varun)

Different:Bani,Prena,Tulsi,Parvati,Gauri,Kashish,Anjali

1)prachi is rich while the others are poor

2)prachi depends on her father and neev while the others were strong headed women able to overcome odds in life and did not depend on anyone

but i think after her dad demise she will become a strong headed women and will not depend on neev and will become like the others

3)prachi does not know much abt their outgoing life whats really in this world her world is just her house but the others although they too are like prachi their world is in their house but at least they know something abt the real world

4)all has wore saree but prachi have not yet(something different but very soon we will see her)
