It seems Milind certainly does like to live life dangerously but like you've said if his plans turn out to be a winner then we will definitely not complain, especially in this situation.
Nikki, this is a theme I had been mulling over for quite some time, even while writing DC, but was not sure I'll have the time or energy to explore it. Mishraji was told by Milind that 'Prachi' had no parents. The guy was trying to make his life easy for himself. With no family in the picture, he can cook up some story as to why 'Prachi' did not join him. If he mentions a family, then in all likelihood Mishraji may want to speak to them.
