This is getting a bit tense, what is Prachi up to? Is she involved in entertainment shows or theatre, or maybe she is doing something with the orphanage children, I have a feeling that Milind is going to be upset when he hears about it.
All those dishes you mentioned seem to be very authentic Gujarati dishes; apart from dhokla and patra I have never come across the others even though I love Gujarati food. I would love to try them and will look out for them next time I go out.
I suppose Prachi is right that the appearance of a person will have an impact on the messages he sends out to others. Milind is also right adhering to his strong principals, however people only judge what they see, they don't know about one's background or personality. I think Prachi is wise to advise Milind to have a word with his employees about the financial aspect of the hotel, the staff will only say what they see.
The lunch scene was so sweet - your Milind is an excellent flirt.
