Slowly his lips are near hers, her breathe and heart beat becomes faster. Suddenly they hit their heads with each other, startled by the loud voice from the house. "Prachi……………….kaha ho tum", they could hear the voice from the downstairs. "oh no! it's Sukruthi", Prachi looked at the surroundings rubbing her forehead, and coming back to her senses. Milind also looked at the surrounding holding his forehead with his fingers, he was slowly coming back to his senses. Till then both were enjoying each other's closeness, but hearing loud voice from the house made both of them jerk at same time, which led to hitting their each others forehead. "Sorry, ………..", Prachi started to runaway from there. Milind clutches her duppata which makes to stop after going from there. "plz Milind meri dupatta ko……………". He comes towards her, slight close to her and lifts her duppata end infront of her……………. "chod du duppate ko, badale mein mujhe kya milegi" he naughtly turns his cheek towards her, leaving her duppata.
"itna zyaada soch mat", Prachi pushes of Milind and runs out dashing Sukruthi who was coming towards the terrace. Both fall down, Sukruthi looks at Prachi weirdly who was blushing profusely. "kya baat hai Prachi, kya hua?", her eyes were peeping behind, Prachi, towards the terrace. "kaun hai waha pe?", she asked raising her eyebrows. "woh…………………eeer………….woh…..", Prachi was stammering. "yeh sab chod, chal mere saath, padna nahi hai tumhe exams ke liye. It's already late.. come on prachi… time zyaada nahi hai …………..padene ke liye." Prachi realized that their exams were coming near and she was here for doing combined studies with her friend, but she ended up romancing her friend's brother…….. she curses her self and gets up from there and follows Sukruthi to the room. She constantly looking back towards the terrace, she sees Milind slowly coming out from behind the wall who was hiding there till then.
Milind, seeing Prachi leaving gets frustrated……. " shit! This Sukruthi……………. khabab ki haadi bangayi………….shit! he curses her under his breath. He comes out from the terrace and follows Prachi. He suddenly sees Sukruthi standing in front of him. "yeh sab kya horaha bhaiyya?"he saw her questioning him. He stares at the floor for a moment and peeps inside, he sees Prachi blushing at him, he slightly smiles at her and looks at Sukruthi who was impatiently standing there, leaning her hand on the door. "woh kuch nahi hai , bas aise hi ayya hu……..", "humhe disturb karne ke liye", interrupting her brother before he could complete the full sentence. "woh…………………………….", before he could speak anything Sukruthi shuts the door with a loud bang on his face.
Ten days later , their exams had started. Milind found it difficult either to meet or talk to Prachi, as he did not want to disturb her. But he could not resist himself keeping away from her. He had found out the way of meeting her and talking with her atleast for moment he got a chance. He started dropping Sukruthi telling her that he could not send her all alone to the college during examinations. But Sukruthi knows, the real reason behind this "for meeting Prachi". She was happy to know that her brother's likeness towards Prachi. She wondered whether they had confessed each other their feelings. She tried to ask Prachi indirectly many ways, but didn't get the proper answers from her. She didn't dare to ask her brother as she knows her brother's temper.
With a few days , their exams were also completed. The person who was more happier than anyone was Milind. He now had a chance of meeting her regularly and whenever he wants to. He started planning for the days he may go out with her. He was also ready with the explanations that he would be giving to her brother and everyone. He planned everything for their first outing, he cancelled his appointments, meeting and made that day free from any external disturbances. He was going out with her two days later and confess his feelings towards her. He didn't care what she felt about him. The first thing was, he was going to ask her for a day to spend time with him.
He goes to his room, gives a quick glance around the house from the upstairs. Finding no one around he dails out Prachi's number and waits for her to answer his call.
15 minutes had passed, but she was not answering his phone call. He disconnects the phone and calls her again , but this time also she did not answer. Thinking that she might have left her phone in her room he dails the landline number, but no one answers the phone instead the answering machine starts. At a moment he thinks that it would be better if he left message for her, but something other thought came into his mind. He dails another number, he prayed that this would be answered.
"hello", he could hear the voice from the other end. "hello Sukruthi, Prachi teri saath hai kya?"he asked, expecting the positive answer from her. "nahi bhaiyya, kya kuch kehna hai uuse", he was not expecting that answer at all. "tum unke har gayi hai kya?", "pata nahi hai bhaiyya", and before he could ask her more, he haers the voice of disconnection from the other end. Milind was shocked and his hands and legs became numb when he thought of Prachi's sudden dissapearence. Even his sister did not know about her. He wondered his sister was playing games with him involving Karan and Ayesha.
