Does the man have a choice Shubha.... he's faking it just like her. Poor soul he never called her "aap" in the store room. One thing though all of Prachi's flashbacks in the window were so damn intimate makes me believe she desires him physically more than she imagines or understands. I guess that explains why she let him knock over her senses in the store room oh well how could an woman deny Milind phir Prachi madam to experienced hain.... hahaha poor deprived soul.
I hope it is pricking Prachi as much as it pricks me (I am not saying a wife shouldn't be addressed aap by the husband and only husband should be addressed so, but considering Milsi and Prachi's previous bonds and the way they addressed each other, Milind's "tu" and Prachi's "aap" was very loveable).
Physical or emotional, I can only say Prachi doesn't know what is more important in life.
