Opti in Milsi's defense the leap HAD to happen even if he would've boarded that stupid train he'd have been off on another station and eventually would've lost the train and his woman since it was meant to be. I agree Prachi had no right to run off like that depriving him of his life and the fact that he is indeed going to be a father soon. Most maddening are the other family members no one took it on to themselves to call Prachi up and tell her about the court proceedings outcome. Knowing full well that the woman loves her husband madly I dissapointed in the rest of the clan stupid ppl.

'Best Lawyers' don't exist in K-land, sweetie!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehe....I'd rather she run away than hire another lawyer like the previous one!
Plus, you forget, hardly would any lawyer want to take up a case that's a no-win from the very beginning!
I maintain that she took the right decision
Also, MFR, if my doll is foolish to think that Milind would be happier without her than in jail, then Milind too is foolish to even consider that SHE would be happier with HIM in jail!

Why did he not speak more positively assuring her there is no way he will go back to jail? It is the helplessness with which he looked at her during his stint in the jail and after he came out that got her thinking she needs to do what she did.A man who desperately wants to be with his wife should atleast be shown to fight to be out rather than meekly accepting his fate. He should have told her not to give up hope and they will keep fighting to the finish instead of telling her he can accept any puishment but he wants her to be happy.

Opti Akka,
agreed, I wanted Milsi to fight too. But they took him to jail when he was crying for his best friend's death. He was taken over by that shock so badly which made him go numb.
I guess he was scared to tell Prachi to fight as he knew she would put her life in trouble.

Thank you...this was my next point....Milind never said, "Hum Ek Saath Ladenge, Prachi...Ye Case Jeetenge, Prachi"....he only said, "Main Jail Main Bhi Reh Loonga Lekin Tere Bina Nahin Reh Sakta"
Come on, you think Prachi is gonna accept this decision? When she is well-aware that Milind can be free by accepting Mallika's deal, why shouldn't she run away? Why do you want HER to see him rot in prison? There is NO guarantee that Milind will be acquitted even if the case is moved to the Supreme Court, and, much worse, there is NO guarantee that Mallika will save him again! Hence, the best decision at that moment was to back off!
Her decision will pay rich dividends in the long run......Mallika holds the reins to MICHI's happiness until someone figures out that she is the killer!

If Prachi breaks her promise, Mallika will back off, and Milind will head back to prison.....while he is ok with doing time, SHE is not ok with seeing HIM in prison!

If best Pati and Patni exist why not best lawyers? Best deserves best right?
Why did the worst woman was allowed to win by the best woman?
Yes Milsi is foolish to think too that Prachi can see him in jail.. but Prachi should have fought the war in war field to bring her man out.

Kit wat did Mallika say in court that she found Ranbir to be the killer nothing else. If she takes back her statement what about the substantial evidence she gave to the court against Ranbir. Even if Ranbir and she join hands is the Indian court fool enough to let it go their way? Will it not question Mallika's intentions in the first place providing them with false evidence and if she indeed accepts to lying to the court she'll be in deep trouble herself. There was no way the woman would've backed off her statement her own ass was on the line there.

how could Prachi trust Mallika will really keep Milsi safe and happy?
What was the guarantee Mallika will free Milsi for sure? Does Prachi not know Milsi will refuse Mallika and then there could be chance that Mallika can put him back in jail as he refused her?
