Hiya!!
Taking into consideration the present scenario........... here is one way of interpreting relationshiops and their values
Pratham Adyaya
Staggering Ayesha....... makes out of the place........... She must be real super woman to reach home in one piece......... SHe has been trying to call Prachi........but for some reason her phone was off... She decides to call the doctor ..........just as she reaching the bottom of the stairs.........she just collapes.....
Of all the ppl he was the one to find her.........It was bloody irritating, he had to go behind ranvir....... but now she was here all bloody.......god only knows what happened.... hurrying and taking her to the hospital.......................
Nurse: Khoon bahut bahachukahai...... We dont know what is happening..........You need to fill out some forums.......Just regular hospital procedure.........
Neev hurries through the papers as he tries to reach prachi......... Finally he gets hold of soumya and informs her about ayesha....
Worring PL along with prachi find neev pacing up and down the hospital hallway
PL: Kya huwa neev............
Prachi: Ab ayesha kaise hai
Neev: I dotn know found her near the staircase, she was bleeding badly..... Have been waiting for the docs to say something
Just then Doc comes : She is ok now, but she needs to take rest..........
All of them go to see ayesha..
Prachi: Yeah sab kya huwa ayesha tuhare saath ethna kuch hogayaa........aur you didnot even call me..........................Mujhe laga that ki tumne mujhe maaf kardiya..... lekin shaayad mein galath thi...................
Ayesha: Yeah prachi, jyada senti honay ki zaroorath nahi hai, I called you so many times but your phone was switched off..
Prachi: Oh...... Mein doc kay pas gayee thi............. aur phone switch on karna hi bolgayee..
Ayesha : Kyu teri tabiyaath ko kya huwa..............
Prachi blushes a little bit.......... : Kuch nahi, jab tu ghar aayeegi........tab bathavungi............
Ayesha tries to get up...............
Prachi: Tu yeah batha ki yeah saab kya huwa.........
Ayesha looks confused whether to tell her or not........
Nurse comes and drives everybody out as she is leaving : Aap rahasakthay hai Mr.Shergil.. Aaakir apko hi to Mrs. Shergirll kaa kayaal rakna hoga..........
Ayesha looks at Neev angrily.............
Neev: Ji woh sure.....Mein rukh jaatha hoo..........Tum jaavo Prachi..........
Ayesha: Yeah kya naatak hai tera.........Haan Kya zaroorath thi yeah saab kahanay ki.............
Neev: Aur kya kahatha, tumhare family wale to gayab thay......aur behan to nahi kahasaktha naa...........Kabhi shaadi ki thi...........aur yeah baath rahne do...........tum mujhe bathavo.........Ki kisne stab kiya tumhe
Ayesha: Woh mein sidiyon say gir gayee thi..tooo
Neev: You have stab wounds, I know it Ayesha
Ayesha : Alright......... ALright I will tell u............
Neev: What the hell...........Oh god........this is................
Ayesha: I know Terrible naa............How could she do this..........to him............ he is married............
Neev: What wait............Did you say he is married...........I mean wernt you after the same milind.........
Ayesha: Would you never forget.............. god................Milind loved me once..........I went after him not only for Milind but also my hatred of shah family...........You of all the ppl know that...........why do you have to always......... be so sly š”
Neev: And now you are saying that you are upset becoz mallika....is after milind.......and this would ruin .......... prachi life........
Ayesha: No becoz it would ruin milind's life......... as Prachi is his life..................I am worried that she might harm prachi.............badly.............. I have to do something......... He is not even back..........I dont kw what she is doing with him
Neev: Ayesha Stop not so fast.......... I mean change is good.....but this type of change too soon............kind of make me dizzy.....and being nice doesnot suit u.............

Neev is leaving..................
Ayesha : Where are you going.............
Neev: Didnot you want to me leave

Neev: This is the hospital ring the bell and the nurse would be here........In the mean time Let me find the love of everybody's life milind and get him back.............. Kya naseeb hai tera milind......jo bhi ladkhi aathi hai tumse hi pyar karthi hai............š

Just as Neev is half way through......He gets a phone call.......................
Neev: Kya huwa doctor? Koi problem to nahi..........
Doctor ask neev to hurry back...................
Milind had just visited the hospital with mallika......... and there mallika cleverly manupulates the life support system ( assuming she had one after the stab )............
Ayesha gets š² seeing Milind wiht mallika.......... and prachi comes in...........holding prachi's hand.............ayesha points to milind...........bachavo..........usne.........mujhe.............. bachavo prachi............Milind.............instead of saying Milind ko, she says Milind say...........and closes her eyes..................

Everybody is extremely sad about Ayesha.......... Milind has not spoken a single word since ayesha had passed away................. Prachi seem to be quiet too..........but atleast she cried her part...........but Milind is so quiet.........
Neev seem to be confused on what went wrong, why did ayesha implicate milind when the person who harmed her was Mallika......and how all of a sudden ayesha's health deteorated when less than half hour ago she was fighting with him....................
Neev looks at ayesha's picture.....and thinks: Is janam mein to ayesha humara kuch naa hosaka.....lekin agar mujhe is fate nay phir say chance diya, I would want to be your best friend......... ................a tear drop
PL comes to neev: Beta please Milind nay subhah say kuch nahi kaha.......bas pathar saa hogayaa hai...........aur prachi...........uske kitne koshish kay baavajooth milind bus asay hi beita raha........
Neev goes to prachi.........and asks her to force milind to cry...........
Prachi: Milind.......... Milind............dekhiye..........audhar dekhiye..........apki sabse achi dost.................. dekhiye usko milind.................. aaj woh is duniya mein nahi hai...................Ayesha ko dekhiye milind.............. Milind......... dragging him to ayesha's body.................... Milind.......... Now she will never come............ apko dard baatnewali apki dost ab nahi hai milind............
Milind: Nahi prachi tu kya bolrahi hai..........Ayesha naa bachpan say naatak baaz hai.........Woh abhi utay ghi prachi...........Yeh ayesha........... ut.....bahut hogayee teri shaan patti.........bus ab aur nahi............. ut........moving her .............
Milind: Prachi bolna apni behan ko utne kay liye............Bolna..............
Prachi collapses beside milind...........: Milind........ab ayesha kabhi bhi ............
