Completely agree with Munee. Milsi got attracted to Prachi's virtues and selfless nature and only afterwards he bothered to realize how beautiful she is as well. So, Prachi doesn't need any extra make up to keep Milsi with her. She runs his heart by her goodness.
Also, It's not easy to get into Milsi's heart. Mallika has no virtues as such to impress him. He is not going to fall trap for Mallika's ugly beauty.
