One by one ppl come & present their presentation & at the end mallika tells milind 2 present it & asks him how much u wanna give 4 the land 2 which milind says nothing as i wantg 2 make a hotel on this land but i wont pay anything but yes i will make u my partner & than he tells her abt his plan & mallika agrees & says i want 2 be ur partner & she tells her secretary 2 take milind 2 her father.. Mallika says 2 herself tht this hote will be made & also a relationship b/w u & me...

Prachi gets home & says thanks 2 ranveer.. Ranveer thinks tht i have 2 keep an eye on prachi as she has got tht bracelet bcoz of which my truth an come out...

Prachi comes 2 suk & tells her tht i went 2 tht accident place & suk says as u knw tht person is dead then y u went there & prachi says tht i dont believe it & if tht person is dead than also i want 2 who was tht person & y he was after milind & then she shows he the bracelet & ranveer is hearing everything standin outside the door & neev sees his back & pushes him in & says who r u & then all r suprised 2 see him &b prachi ask him tht y r u here as u just dropd me home & neev asks him y u were outside suk's room 2 which ranveer says tht i came back 2 give prachic's cell fone which she 4got & then prachi tells neev abt the bbracelet & just then ayesha comes & says ranveer & all r shocked including ranveer & prachi says wht r u saying ayesha 2 which she says i just meant tht ranveer's name also starts with R & then ranveer asks prachi 2 give him the bracelet as he will give it 2 police but neev takes it frm prachi & all leave & neev says 2 himself tht i dont knw y i feel tht 2day's ranveers behaviour was weird the way he was staning outside suk's room & wanting the bracelet...

2nd Part:

Prachi is taking out her saree frm the cupboard & just then milind comes & grabs prachi & swings her in his arms & makes her sit on the bed & tells her tht his hotel project dream is finally coming true & then prachi sees a wound on milind's hand & she brings the 1st aid kit & cleans it & milind feels pain & says its just a small scrach 2 which she says this is not a small scrach & she bandages his hand & is abt 2 leave but milind sees a wound on her hand & he stops her & says his is also not a small scrach & says tht i will do the dressing but my way is a bit ifferent & he kisses her hand & they both share a romantic moment with the song mere haath mein tera haath ho playing in the background.. Prachi is abt 2 leave but milind holds her pallu & says abhi toh sirf dressing hui hai abhi sergery baki hai & prachi laughs & says shut u & leaves...

3rd Part:

Neev is talking to mr shinde & tells him tht i wanna knw the name of the owner of tht car & shinde says tht i will try my best but its not easy & asks him if u have doubt on some1 & neev says yes i do have but i wont tell u now & if u do my work i will give u all the money u want & shinde says i will do it then he dc & neev thinks tht i dont y i feel tht ranveer is behind all the attacks...

Mallika calls milind & talks abt the deal & invites him 4 the party with his family & then she asks him 2 do dinner with her but milind says i cant come as i have 2 do dinner with my wife..

Ranveer is thinks abt how prachi asks him 2 help her & neev also trying to say tht how his detective is doing a nice job & ranveer says 2 himself tht NP r getting dangerous 4 me & whnever i see them alive i die every moment & then mallika calls him & invites him 4 the party 2 which he asks wht kinda party & se tells him tht i gave the hotel contract 2 milind so thts y & ranveer says sure i will come & cuts the fone then he says i will sure come there milind... End!!!!
