I think, it will be none of these. She cannot save Omi, cannot blame, cannot stop her from leaving Adi. Her character is completely tuned negative and I think, she will only sit and cry for Omi, if Kavya punish him.

Not only Malini, looks like none of the Pradhans can do anything here and Kavya may decide to punish Omi. But, before that Anurag may attack/try to kill Omi, to save himself and Kavya may not know about it.

Adi will blame Kavya for that and Kavya is already against him, so the separation will be sealed and they move onto professional war.

Looks like the Navya's case will not be solved completely now. They may link this in future before reunion.

I think, they are in a rush here, and lost the plot a bit.

(most importantly, they have ruined Adi's character once again, it was a bit redeemed after the marriage, but gone down again)

Malini is opportunist. Jab tak apna fayda ho to sab thik hai. Warna Kavya aur uski family ko blame karenge.

Looks like, it will not happen so soon. If they dont close the Navya's case and Giriraj/Anurag not exposed and they move on to professional war between Adi And Kavya, then it will definitely take time.

If not, either Adi should be injured to bring back Kavya or Omi/Malini/Anurag someone should tell Kavya about Malini threatened Adi to hide the truth.

Well said, Malini's behavior towards Kavya has always depended upon whether her family members are at benefit or not.

She has never treated Kavya as per own daughter so far.

Very true, Malini will only blame Kavya/Bansals for Omi's condition (looks like he will be missing/injured) and breaking her family.

Hopefully, Adi leaves that house after the separation/Kavya leaves him and never come back. That should probably make Malini/Giriraj understand what they lost by hating Kavya so much.

Otherwise, the same story will continue, Adi will keep fighting with them for Kavya and they will keep attacking Kavya behind his back.
