If you have been wondering about Shah Rukh Khan's oh-so-cool composure and high energy levels, here is the lowdown. If sources are to be believed, the actor stares at the mirror for at least 10 minutes before stepping out of his make-up room and slipping into a shot. We wonder what goes on in his mind during the 'mirror' exercise.

Sources from the sets of Om Shanti Om have frequently spotted the actor standing in front of his mirror. During this time no one, including his loyal staff, is supposed to disturb him.

Says a crew member from the film, "That's his way of de-stressing himself and keeping his energy levels high. He is the most enthusiastic individual on our sets. Even at the end of the day he is all up and above."
