Divya: Choreography to singing to looking like an absolute God, Ganesh Hegde has done it all. He has made all the top stars dance to his steps and has many more brilliant numbers in his kitty right now.
We have the 'G' man himself on Indya Online. Let's ask him more about KBC's mega hit video, Kar Le Kar Le Tu Ek Sawaal, where he yet again proves to be the best.

D: How does it feel to be with your online fans?
G: It's brilliant because these are the guys who make us the stars we are!
D: Tell us how you conceptualized and came up with Kar Le Kar Le...
G: I had done Main Hoon Don with Shah Rukh earlier. That was the first song of mine with him. I have done many shows with him...
...and after this song, he text me and said, "You make me look like a super star.", and so I told him that you are a super star! And he said, "No. No one has ever shot me this way before! so stylish..."
When he called me for Kar le kar le, I knew that he wanted something more spectacular, so the first thought was let's make a music video, then kar le kar le, woh line nikaala Vishal-Shekar ne, then he said, "Now you think on how you want to do it." I normally take 3-4 months to work on the song, but this time I had only 12 days!
D: Oh my goodness! Thats less time...
G: ...Very less time, then he told me do your best. I started working on it. I decided that we have to give him a new look, and the KBC format is such that you have to sit in a suit... he is closer to the audience and he is very funny on stage, I know this side of Shah Rukh, so I wanted to put across how much of fun KBC is going to be...through this music video...so that's how the song was done.
D: A few tips for beginners who wish to learn to dance.
G: The most important thing is to realize it's a big responsibility, because whatever you decide can ruin your family's life because if you do not concentrate on that and if you just take it as a hobby...family will suffer. So first think about your family... </>

G: I was always singing since when I was in school, I had lectures for singing, we had inter school competitions...music was always there next to me...
Singing was always there, then I started doing shows abroad. I started going with the film stars, Shah Rukh and everyone...at these shows I would sing when the stars needed a break.
But there was one show which I did with Asha Bhosle at Amsterdam and I did Kishore Kumar's Paanch Rupaiyya Baara Aana with her and I performed with the costume changes...
So Ashaji said, "This song, besides Kishoreda no one has performed with me like this!" Thats a huge compliment...so she told me, "Why don't you take up singing seriously!"...that huge compliment was like a stamp of approval, and being such a huge legend and if she is saying I knew there was something good...
