hey.. that voice is of Makarand Deshpande.. there was an article in Midday to that effect also..... Makarand Deshpande means who plays the role of Vijay Saxena in Kyuni Saas Bhi Kabhi Bhau Thi..... and he also had done one role in CID of man heater I think..

MD has who has long curly hair.... hope it rings the bell... 😊
